I’ve been bringing my car into Urban Autocare for quite sometime. Every aspect of my experience with Urban Autocare is always first rate. Both their service advisors and mechanics are professional and customer centric. They’re honest and trustworthy, they don’t push unnecessary services and offer clear explanations of services they do recommend. The quality of the service they provide is top notch. Additionally, they make it easy to schedule appointments and put a lot of emphasis on good ongoing communication.

5 ⭐️ service, 5 ⭐️ work, 3.5 ⭐️ price. Will start by saying these guys are great! Customer service is great and transparency concerning work that needs to be done is unlike any other I’ve come across in the past. They provided pics and videos in their inspection of the work that needed done, itemized it and categorized it according to importance. The few staff I interacted with were awesome. The main takeaway feeling I got with this shop was trust. If I have any negative at all, it would be the pricing is much to high. But I understand everyone’s in a different financial situation so what is to expensive to me may not be to you. If you can afford them I don’t think I’d go anywhere else personally.

Great repair shop. I bought a used car in December and had them do the inspection. They gave me a list of neglected service issues. Yesterday they did the transmission fluid change. When I called for service, they were booked but still took the car and got me out by close of business. I highly recommend them.

They didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need even with me bringing up questions concerning items which were coming up on scheduled maintenance intervals. I took a used Subaru Forester into Urban Autocare on a friends' recommendation for a pre-purchase inspection. I couldn't be happier with the service that Jody and his folks provided. They completed a very detail inspection of the car including checking out a couple specific concerns I had with the car. The report was very specific and included great pictures. Jody personally went over the entire report with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I am confident that the inspection was top notch and I based my decision to purchase the car because of it.

I took in my car without much warning this week due to get it checked out and to look into a warning light and even without an appt, was able to pick it up the next day. I'd bought the car from my old roommate when she moved, so I also had them do a thorough inspection and expected a pretty long list of things, but their online system to approve or decline services was super convenient (screenshot of that below)! While I did get a good laundry list of services that I'll start chipping away at over the coming months, it was also really nice to not feel any kind of pressure for any of the other services that were listed. Beyond that, Aiden was super helpful and professional, and was able to answer the questions I had.

Urban does excellent work. I checked everything out. I’m a 40 year retired mechanic and I couldn’t ask for a better job. There’s just one thing I don’t agree with and I had my own shop at one time as well. I got a 97 Chevy pick up K 1505 $151 to remove and replace the water pump not counting the cost of the water pump is a little bit steep and I had them changed to lower and upper radiator hose and it was $202 labor outside of that I love the work. It’s excellent but the fees or hourly rate is a little bit too high.

I usually handle repairs and maintenance on my own, but we had just moved a couple weeks ago and I just wasn't up to diving into a coolant leak. They quickly diagnosed the coolant leak as a leaking water pump and got me an estimate. The replacement only took a day (they even stayed a bit past closing time to finish it up for me) and I no longer have coolant dripping on my new garage floor. Will likely use them for any future services I don't feel up to tackling.

Urban Autocare went out of their way to get my vehicle in just for a simple examination of my brakes. The location in City Park couldn’t fit me in, so they called their 4 other shops to find one with a spot to fit me in. Called on a Tuesday, got an appointment on Wednesday. They sent me their findings and had my repairs done that Friday. Unbelievable service. Top notch. Will always be a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

I had a quote and recommended services for my Mazda CX3 from another shop, which included replacing my rear brakes, rear differential fluid and several other repairs based on the milage of the vehicle. The total estimate was well over $1000. I called Urban Auto Care in Littleton at the recommendation of my brothers. Wow, was I glad I did. Once Aidan Lyons heard my story and request for a quote, he suggested we start with a thorough inspection of the car to determine if all of those repairs were needed, based on their expertise. Courteous and accommodating, he scheduled the service two days later and ask if I needed a lift home while they did the 3 hour inspection. The day of the inspection, he sent a detailed report of the car's condition, sorted by green= good to go, red=safety issue and critical, yellow= recommended maintenance, needed but not urgent. Every item was presented clearly and with photos. Aidan called to follow up and we walked thru each one. He answered my questions and advised without pressuring me on what needed serviced. The brakes it turns out were not needed to be replaced yet (picture and measurements presented in report), but the driving belt - not mentioned by the other shop - did need to be replaced due to several worn out sections (again pictures to show the wear and tear). The other issue was a leak in the window wash pump and again, the picture clearly showed the damaged pump and fluid leak. The parts were ordered and the service was completed in record time. I dropped the car off at 8am that morning and it was ready by 2:30pm, same day. I will be going back to UrbanAuto Care Littleton for all of my future maintenance and repair needs. The customer service, technical knowledge, skilled mechanics, meticulous consideration of detail, fair pricing, transparency and honest way of doing business made the experience well worth the price. I drove away feeling confident and completely satisfied about the complete care my car had received. Highly recommend!

I have taken my car to Urban Autocare 3 times now. Each time I have gotten great service. I bring it in at the appointment time and it is worked on promptly, and completed in the time frame they quoted. I find the prices fair and there's not a big push to add services. They do give advice about future work that will be needed at the next big mileage jump, which I appreciate so that I can plan for. It's a friendly atmosphere, also.

We are so impressed with Urban Auto! Jody is amazing! There was an issue with the car’s oil pan and another shop quoted us thousands of dollars. Urban Auto did it for a fraction of the cost and also told us to follow up a number of miles later and just check that there wasn’t more of a significant leak. When I took the car back in for the recheck, They also looked at something else for me and didn’t charge me at all to look at the car and run a diagnostic. They operate within integrity and are very affordable!

They were able to get me in on short notice due to some cancellations. They performed the requested services of tire pressure sensor repair , oil change and fluid checks. They recommended brake fluid replacement that was way over due and brought my attention to tires that were in need of replacement. (I took it to my usual tire shop) They were efficient, professional and honest. No high pressure sales for unwarranted work or work that wasn’t requested. I will definitely use them again!
