I had an incredible experience working with them. My catalytic converter was stolen and my insurance company would not help with finding a repair shop. My friend recommended George V Arth. I called them Monday morning, they asked me to send my insurance estimate and told me to bring in my car as soon as I am able to. The moment I sent my insurance estimate, they ordered the parts. I brought my car in Thursday, they replaced the catalytic converter, installed the cat trap, fixed my broken car key and driver side mirror, AND washed my car within 4 hours! The work is affordable and the people are friendly and so easy to work with. If you are one of the many who had a catalytic converter stolen during the pandemic OR need body work, I highly recommend them.

My experience with George V Arth & Son is one I'd expect to have if I had first vetted it with a man who knew about cars (we all know the stereotype), except I've only ever visited this shop on my own. I trust this shop with my Infiniti as much as I trust the Infiniti dealership! The team is well knowledgeable, always friendly, and they're great at tailoring their communication for people like myself who don't know much about cars. Great value - super fair pricing for an always high quality service, and they always add a cherry on top. I also appreciate the transparency in consultations - I know they'll be honest with me if they think I'd be better off going to the dealership for a fix. I totally missed my window for the carwise review but I just wanted to say thanks again to Brian and team!

was delighted with my experience with Geo V. Arth last week, and I am recommending the business to all my friends. Not only was each person I spoke to amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, but the service they provided was far and above what I could have expected. First, the business was willing to conduct a repair that other shops had turned down. Second, they gave a very reasonable estimate. Third, the repair came in under estimate, thanks to some research by Renée in the front office, who was a pleasure to work with. Fourth, the repair was beautifully done, my family was amazed by the transformation. Fifth, my car was spotless inside and out, which involved a considerable amount of work. Sixth, the engine was humming like a top and running far better than when it went in. As advertised - great service and great value. My vehicle was rear ended - superficial scrapes. They provided various options to include touch-ups or full bumper finish (sand, buff, paint, polish) - I elected to go with the latter and was not disappointed. I went through three different, top-rated body shops to get estimates - George V Arth & Son provided the most reasonable price point (for the local area). Timely updates were given regarding repair status and was delivered earlier than expected. Shop went above and beyond by polishing the trunk too at no added cost (previously covered in bug splatters due to vehicle being recently shipped on open carrier). Will refer to friends and gladly return for future services.

Crash Champions amended the first estimate and did not inform me of the cost my first estimate was 3800 and some change then the manager made an amendment of Over 5900 plus dollars. Then the manager lied and said he contacted me per his notes. The damage to my GMC truck was minor I was not going five miles an hour when I hit another car so how in the hell did I sustain over 5900 dollars in damages. I have consistently complained about this to State Farm. Do not take your vehicle to this repair shop rip off. Pay close attention to your estimate asked to see the parts that were removed and ask for pictures of what was repaired.

This shop was hands down a 10/10 not one single issue everything was as promised heck they even worked with me on pricing,because insurance couldn’t cover all of the cost. I also liked that they did not Guarantee the time or anything he (Brian) just gave me an estimate but through it all I got my car back at the time he stated on the estimate and the work they did on my Lexus was phenomenal can’t even tell. I had an appointment at Crash Champions in Oakland on November 8th. I met with Vu, who took down my information, photos, and vehicle details and said the estimator would send me a repair estimate. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received anything—no estimate, no follow-up, no communication. If this is how they handle customers from the start, it doesn’t give me confidence in their service or professionalism. I expected at least a basic update. Very disappointing experience.

Truly fantastic operation. They treat people like family. I know that sounds cliché, but it's true. They don't know me from a stranger on the street and last time I came in their service quality was so high when we were getting stuff fixed with insurance. It's been a year later and I brought my car back after someone had hit it (and kindly left a note) they buffed it right out, re clipped a few parts that were out of line and didn't charge me a dime. I'm definitely a loyal customer for life.
