Be aware of this place! I went to this shop to get my converter replaced and they gave me an estimate of $830. When I went back to the shop to pay for the service they told me it would be $1,700. I told them it was nothing close to the to the estimate they gave me. After negotiating, I payed them $1,330 which I feel is still a lot of money compared to the price they told me the first time. (If your a girl I suggest not to go to this shop alone) :(

The man who owns the shop is the most hard working honest man I've ever met. Marco usually wakes up at 5am every morning. Him, his son, his daughter and one of his employees run the shop, and they can usually fix a car pretty quick. They're ready for any job, and they'll always always charge a fair price. Definitely a good all around mechanic.

I just found my new auto shop and mechanic! I have been to this shop at least three times in the last month because of consistent car issues and absolutely love the team here. I first went to this shop after my car battery died and needed to tow my car to the closest shop for an alternator repair. I'm new to the area and was frantically calling different shops around to see if they had any space to take my car in. No shop was answering except Jimenez General Auto. I explained my situation and they were happy to take my car in. Once I arrived, they gave me a brief estimate and timeline of when they could complete my repairs. In just a day, I had my car back. It was one of the easiest car experiences I have ever had. Honest, hard working folks! They are always showing me the parts that my car needs along with explaining the function of each thing that needs replacing. Love taking my car here.

It can be extremely difficult finding an honest auto repair shop (especially for women) I found Jimenez years ago and have brought my cars to Jimenez Motors ever since. They are an honest, fair and hardworking shop. The communication is open and all needs, and concerns are addressed. I love them because I’m fully aware of what’s going on throughout the entire process and I’m always given a dependent quote up front. They do excellent work & my car is always return in the best working condition. They take such great care of my cars that once I’m back on the road I don’t have to frequent the shop however when and if I ever need fixing they are my go to hands down!

I have been a client of Gimenez General Auto Repair for around 15 years. Since I first met the owner, Don Marco, he has always offered great personal customer service. He was a great human being and he knew his trade very well. Throughout the years, different mechanics from this shop have taken care of both my work vehicle and personal vehicles, always doing good and professional work. Even though Marco is no longer with us, I still use their services. The team communicates well and continues to do a great job. I'm pleased with their service and I have recommended it to friends and neighbors.
