Great service. I needed a mirror for my Carolla. This shop normally does not handle small jobs like this. Upon speaking with me they understood the cost would be under my deductible and decided to help me out and take the job. Part arrived when they promised, they did the job while I waited and even had the guy installing it polish the paint and buff the scratch off. Great shop, friendly technicians and quality work make this place a true champion! Thanks!

Where do I even start?! From the start to the finish, these guys were professionals. A nice lady checked me in, KV went above and beyond through out the whole process and Ralph took care of me on the way out. Over the years, we've used Len's Auto Body several times (lots of teenage drivers.....) and EVERY time, we have been thoroughly impressed. Our most recent experience is no different. Our Aluminum bodies Ford Super Duty suffered damage to the R/R corner of the cab & the R/R bed side. Len's said that it might take up to a month to repair depending upon how quickly Ford could supply the parts. Throughout the process, Len's staff (Andy) stayed in text & phone communication, offering progress updates. The work was finished two weeks AHEAD of schedule and, as always, the workmanship is flawless. If you need auto body work done, you will not find a better shop than Len's Auto Body. Their crew of professionals will treat you like family and they will do the job correctly

My car looks amazing! The other person’s insurance covered it, so I didn’t care much about the price, but it was so much less than I thought it would be! They used an aftermarket bumper and it looks brand new. They were also kind, professional, and quick.

I am very disappointed in the condition the car was returned to me in. I do not have the words to explain their terrible workmanship and quality. The car was in the shop for 50 days. I had to pay over 800 dollars out of pocket for the rental car. I purchased the 2024 Camry new. I noticed after washing the vehicle that there is a large gap between the rear window and the edge of the trunk. The passenger side makes a clicking noise when I brake. The passenger side mirror cover is lose. Unbelievable in the condition is was returned to me after sitting in their shop for 50 days. Beware I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their vehicle there for repairs.

Not even 12 hours had passed from purchasing my truck when someone decided to hit an run my vehicle while I as at dinner. I was recommended Len's Auto Body by my insurance company. I didn't have alot of damage, but from start to finish these guys were great, got me taken care of quick an confidently. In an out in 4 days. If your looking to get cosmetic work done here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEN'S AUTO BODY . They did a outstanding job on the repair, cleaned and washed my truck I wasnt expecting that. I took in my wife's 2024 CX-90 PHEV for some body work. All cost and time estimates were reasonable and accurate. My insurance adjuster also seemed to have a lot of confidence in them. They did a couple extra repairs to the bumper trim/cover even though it wasn't part of the claim because they take pride in their work and wanted it to look good when I picked it up.
