This would be our second Yelp review on this company. The only way they responded to my husband was by him yelping and here we are again. We're in April 2019 and my car was brought in January 2019. As soon as we got it back we reported an issue which they wouldn't repair on my mirror. We had it fixed and paid out of pocket instead of through the insurance. Now about 3 and a half months later the bumper that they changed is coming apart of the left and right side. We called 4 days ago and was told Frankie would call us back (person who worked on my car) and still no call back. To top it off there is a squeeze come from the back of my car which was never there before. Hopefully this help review will prompt them to call. Otherwise the better Business bureau is my next step.

I took a rock in the hood and windshield of my new car. Service King in Placentia did an excellent job of fixing the dent and matching my red metallic paint on my vehicle and returned it to pristine condition. Great Customer Service and kept me updated on their progress.

Service King’s really surpassed my expectations. My experience in the repair of my car was far better than with any other companies i have had the misfortune to deal with in the past. Juan was my case manager and his communication and attentiveness to my situation was top notch. After a headache of an accident and knowing that I then had to deal with insurance companies and repair shops it quickly dissipated after he made first contact and assured me he would handle the situation as if it was his own or better. I was kept in the loop as to the repairs made the parts needed and the timelines promised were Maintained and updated daily. Needless to say the end result was nothing less than promised. My vehicle came out as of it had just rolled out of the dealership like nothing had ever happened to it. I would definitely recommend Juan and his team who all put the hard work in to get me my car back quickly and looking like new. Thank you Service King team and Juan especially.

My car accident took place on May 29, 2020 and I had an appointment to take my car in on the following Monday. The service reps were very service oriented. They arranged with Enterprise for me to be picked up and taken to its location and when my car was ready, I simply left the rental at Service King. I was kept apprised as to the progress of the repair process and it was completed several days prior to the estimated completion date. I do not believe that the process could have gone any smoother than it did in my case.

Had a accident and I filed a claim with my insurance, I honestly thought it was going to be a long process, but My insurance called me a day later after my claim to have Service king pick up my car and take it to their shop since my car wasn’t drivable. The check in process did take a few days, but Service King called me to verify that my car was checked in and were beginning the process of fixing my car (My front bumper was heavily damaged along with my left headlight was completely gone). After the check in they called me to let me know they had ordered al the brand new parts and that they were installed already which I thought was quick, and that my car was in the painting process. That same day I get a call back saying my car was ready!!! Which was awesome I was stoked I had my car back finally!!! And they did an amazing job everything was perfect, could tell no flaws at all. Overall my car was gone for approximately a week and a Half. I definitely recommend Service King for sure!!!! Thanks again Guys

I can’t really comment on the quality of their work because I only came in for an estimate. Their customer service is amazing! The receptionist is very nice, polite, professional yet still very personable and a pleasure dealing with. The inspector that came out was very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and not just about my car but he went out of his way to answer questions and explain how the process goes, what to expect and what to do from here. I left feeling less stressed because I was more informed to the steps of dealing with the other cars insurance and complying with everything! I’m new to the state and I was hit on the highway. I highly recommend this shop!

Service Kings has done a excellent job repairing damages on my car. My car looks 110% better than before the damages existed. Kyle has been a great help! He kept in contact, every step of the way. Everyday of the repairing there was progress. Most shops have cars sitting around waiting for parts. Not here at Service Kings. Kyle made sure I was never left out of the loop. In fact my car was finished in half the time I was quoted. Thank you and Good job to all at Service Kings. I am one happy customer!

I’m very pleased with the overall experience I had with Crash Champions in Placentia. From start to finish, everyone there was extremely helpful and courteous. I was warmly greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk. Then, David introduced himself and walked me through the entire process. He checked in and updated me on the progress of the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from David who informed me that the repair was finished earlier than promised. When I arrived at the shop, my car looked exceptional! You wouldn’t even know that there was ever damage to it. Thank you so much!

My mom was backing out of her driveway and popped out the front driver's side of the front bumper so I called harden honda and they said to take it to crash champions for body repair and I spoke to jessica and she said to bring it in for an estimate I did with my mom and we didn't even wait 10 min when she brought it back and said her mechanic was able to put it back in and that it didn't need to be replaced and they did it for no cost. I was really impressed by her honesty and she even showed me what they did to make sure I was happy so I would like to give a big Thank You to Jessica and her team for helping me and my mom out in fixing our bumper and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is need of there services

I Received very Professional and courteous service from the Great Folks at Service King. They called me to provide updates on my jeep and worked quickly with my insurance company (USAA) to get me back in my Jeep as soon as possible. They also coordinated with Enterprise located just down the road from them to get me in a rental car. And, perhaps most importantly, there was no sign of the dent an scratches I had when I dropped off my Jeep for repairs. The work was flawless and gave me back the pride I feel when I drive my Jeep. They have my highest endorsement and they made a lifelong customer out of me!

Geovanna the front desk lady was nice. But the overall customer service at crash champions was awful. They kept pushing back my date on when my car was ready. They said 10 days but it took over 3 weeks. They out me on hold for an hour for a simple question. The check engine light came on and I had to go back 5 times for them to fix it. Never going here again, very disappointed. But shout out to Geovanna.

So many amazing things to say about the staff here. I was rear ended and my insurance had a contract with Crash Champions and I’m so grateful that I came here for my repairs! From the minute I called to make an appointment, before even asking about the extent of the damage to my car, Giovanna immediately asked if I was ok, already making me feel at ease that I wasn’t just another check to them, but that they cared at a personal level. She then scheduled me for my car drop off and took care of connecting with the rental car company to confirm my rental pickup would be ready right away. Upon arriving to drop off my car, Jessica was amazing! I have never been in a car accident before, and she was able to guide me through what the process would look like, checked on me to make sure I was ok, discussed the damages and predicted duration of service, and answered all of my questions with so much patience! I appreciated the frequent text updates that included access to the website where I could track the progress of my car and estimated fees every step of the way. Additionally, when the insurance of the person who hit me accepted liability, they worked hard to communicate with my insurance and the other persons insurance to try to switch the coverage so that I wouldn’t need to pay a single penny out of pocket for my deductible. My car came back even better than it was before and they were even able to fix things that I had issues with prior to the accident without any charge. I couldn’t recommend Crash Champions Placentia more! Finding companies with excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but I was blown away by how genuinely kind, professional, and attentive to detail they were. Thank you again for everything!

I had a very good experience at Crash Champions when my rear bumper got damaged in a minor car accident. This shop was recommended by my insurance company and the staff was transparent and kept good communication with me about the work that needed to be done on my car. They were even able to get it back to me earlier than originally anticipated and walked me through the repairs that were done once it was ready to be taken home to make sure I was satisfied. They also washed my car and cleaned the interior before they returned it to me, which was a nice surprise!

This is related to the Placentia location. Based on my experience, if you care about this facility, which I suspect is a franchisee, about being a professional body shop or simply a responsible business and having its staff calling you back after calling them over 4 times in 12 days or emailing them, then you can do better a lot than this location. What I am disappointed about more is somehow this location was recommended by Hardin Buick/GMC dealership since one of main managers or directors worked there in the past. Very disappointing. Every business has the right to decide if they want to provide a service to a customer. However, it is common courtesy and professionalism for the employees of that business to simply text, call, or reply to an email to a potential customer to let them know, the business is not interested, or that they are still working on a quote, rather than keep ignoring the messages. I regret the fact that I drove to this location to get an estimate for my car, which I was going to pay out of pocket. I will be sure to let Hardin Buick/GMC know of my experience here.

A special shoutout to Jessica ,Giovana, and Edgar—they truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience and gave me peace of mind while I was away . The entire team was fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell they take pride in their work because my car looks good as new, if not better! They even delivered it to my house while I was out of town, which was a huge help.
