If I could give it 0 stars I would. They lie. They do not provide accurate quotes. They take advantage of your insurance company. I am currently reporting a them to the bureau of investigations after a vehicle malfunction immediately after I picked up my car. Never take your car here. Please contact me if you have any problems with your repairs. I would like to add them to my complaint. I have an attorney who will assess your car for free after pick up.

It was a wonderful experience! I am in the process of moving back to CA (my car is registered in Virginia, but before I can register it here I need a CA smog check certificate). 20 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and quick! These guys are 100% top class. I will for sure come back for every smog check/oil change/whatever. Do not hesitate to bring your car here for any service!

I really like place perfect Auto service. They did an oil change for me. I came in under a coupon and they didn't charge me extra. And they let me know about my back brakes needing to be done and they were at 10%. So that was great I can plan to get that done later before they wear out the brake drums with metal on metal. They were really fast. I took it in on a Saturday 8:30 am.

DO NOT go to this shop! They are running a scam and doing dishonest business. I was drawn in by a coupon I received in the mail for a discounted smog check. Once I arrived, the mechanic pulled me aside and pointed out several things that were “supposedly” wrong with my car. They failed my smog check and still charged me, then quoted me over $400 in unnecessary repairs. A few days later, I went to a reputable smog shop, and they immediately asked if another shop had failed me. They confirmed there was nothing wrong with my car and passed my smog check with no issues. This place lures people in with cheap discounts only to try to rip you off. Don’t waste your time or money here! (if could give zero stars I would!)

I went in with a couple of outstanding maintenance items that I knew about and the guys at Purrfect auto were able to bundle them together for a cheaper price than I had expected. They were able to complete an arduous AC repair for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere. When I brought up that there were minor cosmetic issues after their work, they were eager to rectify the situation and to work with me to find a compromise. TLDR: Efficient and cost effective despite previous quotes.

I took my car to Mike this week because I needed major work done on my engine (I kinda let things go 🫣). Mike was awesome! He gave me an extremely reasonable price considering all of the things I needed to have done. They had my car for a little more than 24 hours, so quick! So grateful to Mike for making my car safe again. My engine is now so clean I could eat a Christmas feast off of it. My dad also brings both of his cars to Mike and refuses to go anywhere else. I’ll definitely be back!

power steering went out on the car. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise... I needed to have my brakes checked so I asked them to have a look. A front bearing was gone and with the amount of driving I do for my job, catching this when they did prevented an accident. They showed me what needed to be done, didn't pressure me to do more than I could afford, and didn't mind me doing some research online before approving repairs. (Everything they said checked out) Also, they didn't start anything without prior approval which I've had happen before at other places. They accept Maxcare here an that covered the big repair. Went in for a smog check. Hadn't been here for many years. What a change. The staff was exceedingly friendly, efficient and the price could not be better. Francisco at the service desk and Mike were quite helpful at not only getting the smog check done but identifying potential problems that need to be addressed. Paperwork handled efficiently and all in the place is very orderly. They were very honest abt how much time could elapse to repair given that I have to leave town. The charges for the upcoming work are very, very reasonable. Had conversation with a few customers in the parking lot on way out...all happy campers! Keep up the good work and important professionalism.

I brought my car in on Jan 31st needing an oil change and was helped my Mitch and Francisco. Mitch asked me if I needed anything else then told me we can check once we get it up on the lift. Mitch showed me that my CV Axle was damaged and told me approximately how much and how long it would take and they were pretty spot on. This is my second time coming to this shop. I was greeted by a guy named Mitch He was extremely friendly knowledgeable and told me he’s been in the industry over 40 years! I needed rims and tires installed along with rear breaks and rear shocks Mitch told me he could have everything done by 5 pm and I came in at 2 pm he was true to his word! The price they gave me was very low considering all the work I needed done! This shop is awesome and Mitch is definitely my trusted macanic from now on!
