I could not be more pleased with work that was done on my vehicle. However, I am mostly extremely impressed with the wonderful people at All Angles. They made everything pretty hands off for me. Great customer service and they communicated with me on what was going on continuously. They handled the rental car pickup and dropoff at their site making things very convenient for me. They even went the extra mile washing the exterior and vacuuming/wiping down the interior. They buffed the fog from my headlights at a very reasonable fee and they look great. They even gave me a small amount of leftover paint for touch ups later on. Overall it was a great customer experience. Definitely recommend.

One year later and my AC compressor craps on me. That is a $1700 out of pocket expense that is directly related to an accident. I brought my car here to have it fixed and not a single soul told me my AC condenser was slightly crushed. Took my car to a mechanic that has morals and he even said that while this buisness was fixing my car there was no way they didn't see it. Buissnes over honesty and customer loyalty. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Always take your car to a locally owned mechanic since companies like these are not trust worthy. Thanks for that. I had to put it on a credit card.

Great customer service with Crash Champions. The staff were friendly and courteous thru all phases of our car repair. We did not need to call or check on the repair status at all since they sent update text notices periodically. We actual received our vehicle back 2 days earlier than expected. They did an excellent job in repairing our damaged vehicle, looks like new with attention to paint details. The interior of the vehicle was clean upon picking it up, which has not been the case with other repair shops in the past. Their building and parking lot was clean and inviting, better than any I have seen elsewhere. The staff were informative and friendly thru all aspects of the repair service. We would certainly recommend them over any other auto repair shop in town. Thank you for you great service.

Dont bother - if a body shop was the embodiment of a fast food chain with poor service this is it. Took my truck to them to get a simple estimate from a deer vs us incident. (yes the deer survived so no need to cry) When I showed up they had ZERO record of me in the system. I can show you text reminders where it confirmed the appointment. All we needed was to turn in the estimate to the insurance company and they took pictures. The employee Faith was very nice and helpful. Did the paper version of the inspection with pictures and made us feel as if we had picked a good shop. WELL.. here is where the story gets interesting. I ask for a copy of the estimate. Insurance doesn't get this until they complete the work.... WHAT in the bassackwards way of doing business is this??? Never in my 40 years of doing business have I ever told a company just get the estimate to me after the works done then we will square it up.. In the interest of smoothing out the process I had every intention I was still going to agree to go with this insurance recommended shop. UNTIL the shop had someone call me today, 4 days after my initial appointment, to set up the appointment to drop off. That is when I found out that they 100% did not even turn in the pictures to insurance "we had you in our system twice and you were a walk in. They didnt get your claim so you need to bring it back and drop it off with us so we can do the work." Me absolutely not. You have just lost my confidence and business. If this is who my insurance is pushing as a preferred shop it makes you wonder what they see that we the consumer doesnt. Cant wait to read the professional response of we are sorry we didnt meet your expectations here ....

This is not going to be your typical review. So get your favorite drink, your comfy chair, a snack, and get ready. A month ago I was in an accident. I'm sure the other driver thought he could make the turn and get through the light, but unfortunately he was wrong. So due to no fault of my own my truck was in trouble. Now like everyone else I absolutely love my vehicle. Thank goodness unlike most other people, my truck is linked to my late father-in-law. My father-in-law helped buy me that truck. He unfortunately passed away 2 years later. There were few things that he and I bonded over. That truck was a huge topic. As a matter of fact, he bought almost the exact same truck the year he passed. We had a lot of time to sit and compare and laugh and talk about our vehicles. Now every time I look at the truck I'm reminded of all our good times. The insurance of the vehicle I hit sent me an email and told me my truck looked totaled. With that email, I sat down and cried. They were going to take my truck and treat it like a piece of junk just to try to save some money. I was extremely distraught. When the adjuster finally called they told me to choose a place to try and get it fixed. I looked at all the places here in town and came to the conclusion that 1 had the best chances of making it look like the accident never happened. When presented to the adjuster, they agreed, it wasn't totalled and it was indeed fixable. ENTER CRASH CHAMPIONS... From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was extremely important. They were so nice and supportive. They curbed my fears and let me know they understood the meaning of the truck to me. I was contacted everyday giving me updates on the truck. Letting me know they found all the things that need repair, ordered all the parts, and on and on. I was never left in the dark. Every SINGLE question was answered immediately. I never wondered it worried about my vehicle. I knew it was being cared for the entire time. I know what you're thinking. "Yea, but you had insurance paying for your vehicle." That's true, however, the total to put my truck back to better than new, was surprisingly small. Unfortunately I'm not able to say the exact charge, but let's just say the average person could pay it no problem. They replaced everything that was broken and then some. They got all the codes handled and made sure my truck drove straight as an arrow. They did all of this and more and did it in under a week! I would like to take this time to say thank you. You knew how much my truck meant to me and you brought it back to me looking better than ever. The best part folks, for as long as I own my truck their work is 100% guaranteed...

This company was listed as a preferred vendor with State Farm so I trusted that they'd do quality work. They had my Explorer for several weeks but I was ok with that because I knew how busy they were with all the recent hail damage claims and I didn't want a rush job. Whenever I picked my vehicle up the inside was DUSTY! I mean layers of dust in every crack and crevice.This alone was upsetting because I kept the vehicle very clean, but I had just gotten out of the hospital after having a major surgery and it wasn't at the top of my mind to address this. When I was able to finally drive, I kept getting a camera malfunction error. Then I noticed the cruise control (and adaptive) weren't working properly either. When we took the vehicle into the dealer for another maintenance issue, we mentioned these new issues. Upon inspection they found that the camera was not seated correctly in windshield bracket. It cost us $182 to fix. I thought no biggie, I'll call Crash Champions and they will reimburse us for the repair. Wrong. When I spoke with the general manager he said that they didn't do anything to the windshield so it wasn't their fault. Hmmm, I replied that's a mighty big coincidence then because we never had any issues before the hail damage repair. I gave him the name of the service technician at the dealer and he was supposed to call him and then get back with me. I didn't expect same day answers, but that was over two weeks ago. I called again this last Friday morning at 9am and was told the manager was in a meeting and they'd have him call me back. It's now 4pm Monday and I still haven't heard anything back. My insurance company paid them almost $14K for my hail damages. You'd think they'd be quick to resolve this small matter. I would not recommend them.

I also met Chris which is the person who repaired my whole front bumper from my accident and he left my car looking the same way when I first bought it, they also stayed after hours in order to make sure I received my car today as promised, I am more than satisfied with their work!
