I read some of these reviews on here and some of the one the one stars is just point less. How can these guys vote this place a one? Bottom line I got my car clean fast and easy. My car is clean and I'm ready to start day. Places like this I'm great full. For the one star academy I recommend you people wash your own car for now on.

Crater car wash is our neighborhood car wash. It is a very popular place so expect to spend a bit of time in line but well worth the wait. I have never left with dirt on any part of the car. You will drive up to the pay station a d choose from a deluxe ($10.00) or standard($8.00). If you have a rear wiper, they will tape it as well as the antenna on the roof. He will ask if you want to vacuum and if so, he will give you a token. Then he will spray the front and rear window. You'll drive around until you get to the opening of the car wash where another staff will direct you. He will pressure wash the difficult areas of your car and the machine will guide your car in. When your done, you can go to the vacuum area where they have clean, dry towels to get any remaining water and windex to do the inside and outside of your windows. It is a great price and they care about your car. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this car wash.

I went through the car wash and my license plate cover AND the plastic covers to my back lights got ripped off AND it damaged paint on my car. All of these things were perfectly fine before and they tried to blame it on me having an ‘old car’ (which is not true) and they were absolutely no help in making the situation right and refused to pay for damages. I’m not usually one to complain but the people in charge are horrible and lack the ability to take any accountability.

I have learned through a lot of trial and error that different car washes clean certain cars better than others, so I never have very high expectations the first time I go to a car wash. However, I was very happy with my sparkling clean car after going through this wash! Next I'll try it out for my other car that has a very different shape!

Always go on Tuesday for Ladies Day and get $1 off...then I get the best wash...they get all the extra dirty spots so my car is clean!! Love the rags and window cleaning solution. Super good vacs. Customers are polite even on the busiest of days.

I dropped in on ladies day and got $3 off my car wash. They have a great car wash it cleaned all the dirt and midge gup off my white car. Free vacuum, cleaning spray, and micro fiber rags available. Plus, it was a fun ride through the wash.

Quick, easy, clean. Their ratio of water to glass cleaner could be MUCH better as it seems we were 'cleaning' our glass with blue tinted water. Their attendants are tio drawer, friendly and like what they do. And if your vehicle is not clean after a go-through, they will have it through again - no charge. Great place!

I go to Crater car wash almost every day on Central and Miguel is absolutely an amazing worker. He is always very kind. I always see him working very hard trying to help all the customers and do his job the best he can. I only go there because he has such great customer service. I’ve been going there for many years now.

Never had a car wash here. I'd had my car serviced at Airport Chevy and they gave me a card for a free wash. Even though it was free, all opinions are my own. The attendant who checked me in was super polite. He offered some upcharges, which I expected. I chose to stick with what was free. He didn't try to hard sell. He said "okay, thank you," and started the pre-wash process, even paying more attention to some dead bug splatters that weren't washing off easily. The actual wash itself was pretty much what one would reasonably expect. It was the attendant's attitude and service toward a free wash that will bring me back as a paying customer the next time I am in Medford and need that service.

I visit most Tuesdays with a client who LOVES car washes. For that reason I appreciate the unlimited package offered! Every time is a good, friendly experience. And I don't feel like the process is tearing my F250 apart because there is room for my larger rig.

Good car wash! Never have to wait! I got the unlimited monthly service because I have trees in my driveway which drop tons of sap n every day I can’t see out my windows so it’s a great thing for me! Got it as a Mother’s Day gift best present ever! Friendly workers too! Well worth it only $20 a month sure beats washing my car everyday especially since I’m 70 years old!

I went through the car wash on December 20th 2023 and the car wash completely took my rear view mirror off. I then when and chatted with their operations manager Cody who was kind enough to at least tape it back on. I realize it was around the holidays but he said someone would be in touch with me within the week or so and then I could go to crater lake ford and they would replace my mirror. I’ve received no communication and called in the other day to ask where things are at and spoke to Kylie. She ended the call with “Cody or I will get back with you.” Haven’t heard anything. Come on guys take some ownership, your car wash broke my mirror, you’ve have not communciated in 3 1/2 weeks and now I’m wasting my time with all of this.

This place was super busy but the line disappeared fast! I did a deluxe wash and my car looks better than my normal wash back home (I'm on vacation) and they have an area where you can use towels and window cleaner as complimentary with the wash. I skipped the vacuuming, I really just needed my windows and exterior cleaned. I am impressed.

You have to be careful cuz this car wash is nice and violent, which can take off an old paint job. Vacuums, window wash, and towels to dry and wipe. Not expensive if you get a monthly.

I have belong to this car wash unlimited service for 2 1/2 years at least. I’m reviewing now why, because they deserve a huge recognition. They have spiffied up the place and most of all there is a guts inside the car wash. The car comes super clean and the new dry blowers are so strong they practically lift my lil car. The staff, especially Jordan is awesome. Go there 3 times a month or 2 times a month depending on the plan, well u can get unlimited for what you’re spending.
