On our way to Charlotte for my 100 year old dad’s funeral, our “low engine oil warning” suddenly came on. Fortunately our google search found Crenshaw Hyundai dealership nearby in Burlington, NC. I called, told them our circumstances and they said to come right in. Kyle understood our critical time frame. He immediately assigned 2 men to our car. They discovered that during our oil change a month previously at our local Hyundai dealership in Rockville, MD, the oil filter had not been installed properly and was leaking oil including all over our engine. One service technician cleaned our engine while the other did the oil change. We were on our way in about 30 minutes. Their kindness and attention will be long remembered!

I recently purchased a car at this location and had such a positive experience. I worked with Brandon, whose limitless energy from test driving to signing documents kept my spirits up through an intimidating process. He was very personable and worked with me and my financial needs to get me a good deal in my budget. Phil in the finance office was great as well and explained everything in detail which was super helpful for me as a first time car buyer. They asked the typical car sales prompts but I never felt pressured and they were very respectful of my time. They even followed up with me a few days after purchasing just to see if I had any lingering questions. All in all, a great experience and I'm loving my new car!

They were quick and efficient. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I like that they photo your car before it enters the shop. Get this, I showed up 1 week early for my appointment, but they didn't turn me away, they slid me right in and had me out quickly resolving all issues and completed the service. Everyone was professional. On my second visit.. Kyle is the best, I had a issue with my car and he made the whole process painless. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about Hyundai vehicles and procedures. I definitely will return here for services and purchases.

From being tossed around from place to place trying to get my car fixed. & the disappointed each time I got. I sent my car here for no more than 2-3 weeks & my car was fixed faster than any place i took it too. They were great with the communication even during the “snowstorm” we recently had. If you need your car fixed I really recommend working/talking with Tavious Graves. Excellent experience! Honest, service oriented staff. Khalid, our salesperson was absolutely amazing! We were there to get our Tucson serviced, but my husband decided to go look around. There was no pressure, no hard selling, and no feeling of being a burden even though we had no intention of purchasing. In the end, we ended up purchasing, but felt we got an excellent deal without a lot of hassle. Exceptional service and treatment from the service department with our Tucson as well as exceptional service from the sales team. We were even invited to share in their catered lunch.
