I’ve had my BMW serviced here 2 times now and both times have been absolutely incredible experiences! In this last service, my A/C compressor was diagnosed as not working anymore and they had the new compressor delivered to them and installed in 24 hours. Now my A/C blows as cold as Antarctica. I highly recommend this shop to anyone for service needs, I’ve yet to purchase a car from them, but if I was looking, I would be looking there first. Their lot has the best looking cars in all of Burlington. 10/10 experience

I do not normally post anything online; but, some things need to be shared. The outstanding service that Ivey Motorcars offers is one of those things. Ivey is known for their exceptional cars. Their moto, "Perfecting Pre-owned" is apt and accurate. Their dedication to providing only the best is evidenced in every car they carry. Vehichles on their lot have been cared for with such detail that each feels like a brand new car. We recently bought our 3rd vehichle from Ivey and worked directly with Luke. Wow! I cannot sing his praises loudly enough. Like his parents, this young man is continuing the tradition of excellence that Kevin and Julie modeled when they started Ivey Motorcars. His commitment to his craft and to his customers is second to none. We reached out to Luke to let him know we were in the market for another vehichle. He faithfully kept us updated on cars that matched our criteria and patiently allowed us time to decide on the best choice for our family. Luke recommended a car that we had not considered. When we went to test drive the car, Luke first pointed out a couple of imperfections on the vehichle. I am not sure I would have noticed if he had not made a point to show us; then, he shared the many features of the car as well as the fact that the car was still under warranty. He went over everything including upcoming service needs. Now, that's integrity! We love the car and we are so happy we purchased it. Our story does not end there though. After we purchased our new car from Ivey, we realized we needed a full evaluation on one of our older cars. Luke stepped in and with grace, kindness, and generosity helped us manage issues with a vehicle that we did not even buy from his dealership. I could continue about what an exceptional dealership Ivey is and what wonderful people the Ivey's are; but the truth is they are beyond exceptional, they are in a league of their own.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 MB E300 on 12/30/23, and the car buying experience at Ivey Motorcars was stellar from start to finish. The salesman, Luke Ivey, was attentive and very helpful throughout the process, especially explaining the technology available on this car. We really enjoyed getting to know Luke, and Ivey Motorcars will be our first stop when looking for another vehicle. Luke and his dad, Kevin, both stated that they are very particular about the cars they put on the lot, and it's obvious our car is solid inside and out. After driving the car for three months, it's still fun every time you get behind the wheel. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but we highly recommend Ivey Motorcars! I just had my truck detailed by Ivey Motorcars. They made a 2018 ford F-150 with 69k miles look almost brand new. People that look at it can't believe what year it is. I highly recommend Ivey's for anyone that needs a professional detailing done especially on an older model vehicle. If the car I am looking for isn't on the lot you can tell the owner Kevin Ivey and he will find it for you and at your budget. Over the past 12 years I have purchased many different cars from Ivey,mostly Lexus. The prices are very fair and every car is in almost mint condition and I know the mechanical condition is as good also. The owner Kevin Ivey is very particular about the cars he sales and is also extremely personable and he makes it a top priority that each and everyone of his customers are well taken care of and bends over backwards to make their car buying experience a fun and a extreme pleasure. Service after the sale is a very high priority. The staff and service department are as good as they come also. I found Ivey Motorcars through Autotrader while looking for a new to me car. Bradly Pate was very responsive to my questions via email and phone calls. It can be difficult enough to buy a used car, but to buy one sight unseen over the internet is a challenge. Bradly spent the time to answer all of my questions regarding the condition and options on the car. He was even able to work with me on finding a quality shipper to move the car from NC to IL. The condition of the car is excellent. It is like new condition, which is saying a lot for a 6 year old sports car. The pricing of the vehicle was great and extremely competitive with the rest of the internet vehicles I was considering. The assistance I received and the customer service is what sealed the deal. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ivey Motorcars.

Konnichiwa to the entire crew at Ivey motors for helping make a dream come true. I've been looking for one of these small gems for over ten year and now that there street legal I've been looking even more and when I seen carry on your lot I stopped over to look at her on a Sunday on the way into Lowe's. You all were closed but I knew I needed her especially when I seen the top notch condition and super low mileage. So I call first thing Monday and got all the information I needed to get the ball rolling by the end of the week carry was home with me and she's a absolute blast to cruise around in. if any one is looking for a top notch condition inside and out used car stop by Ivey motors First you will not be disappointed. I own a used car dealership on the Jersey shore in New Jersey and I needed a 2022 Lexus RX 350 in brand new condition with ultra low mileage to satisfy a special customer. I found one at Luke Ivey’s dealership that met my very high standards through my dealer to Dealer network and I dealt with Luke personally wired him the money had it shipped to me here in New Jersey. He was most honest with me in the description and told me there were no flaws on the vehicle. I could not agree more this vehicle arrived and was so nice and I am a car guy with extremely high standards because anything I keep for myself in my private collection is as perfect as can be. This car was so nice that I would have been proud to have it in my personal collection. I buy many cars remotely placing trust in the seller to be honest about any and all flaws on a vehicle. I highly recommend Ivey Motorcars! I bought a car for my daughter years ago from Kevin Ivey that was a great car and a great purchase experience. I also just had the pleasure of working with Luke Ivey when I was selling a Honda for an elderly uncle. Luke’s offer was very fair and the sale process was very easy including a trip by Luke to Twin Lake Retirement Community to execute the documents. Luke graciously visited with uncle and assured us he would do his best to re-home the Accord. They EARN their great reputation!

I purchased a local trade-in Mazda 6 from Ivey in February. I was initially skeptical because of the price, but I was helped right away and given time to properly look over the car and take a test drive. I appreciated that there wasn’t a lot of talking during the drive. It gave me the chance to really listen to the vehicle and pay attention to how it felt. They were upfront about the service that had been done as well as things wrong with the vehicle as it was used. After purchasing the car, I put it on my lift and thoroughly inspected it myself. Everything they told me checked out and it was in fantastic condition overall. They also worked with me on the price, and the entire process was straightforward and low pressure.
