Motorworkz recommended them to me when I called with a nail in my tire. I didn't catch his name but the mechanic plugged the hole, took the donut off and put the fixed tire on. (I was impressed because I thought that I was going to have to have a family member put the tire back on for me.) He was fast and efficient. Will definitely be back!

Awesome customer service. I was in an OBVIOUS BIND, but they did not take advantage of my situation. Dealt with Chino, based on how GREAT his attitude was-along with the fair price, I was have bet my life he was the owner. I would be dead, because he said he isn’t the owner, I SURE HOPE CHiNO IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF, BECAUSE HE IS GREAT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Don’t find this appreciation and service much these days. Thanks

Polite, Professional, Affordable, and Fast I found this repair shop on Google Maps and called to check their rates for oil change and tire rotation. The guy who answered was friendly and straightforward, and the price was reasonable, so I decided to try them out. Apart from their parking lot -- which is a little awkward to get into and out of -- everything was great. Attendants were polite and helpful and didn't try to sell me lots of usless sh!t. The job was done in 45 mins or so. And the price was entirely reasonable, i.e. $125 for oil change, tire rotation, and tire balancing. If you need a car repair in the Burlington/Graham area, give Miranda a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised 👍

Was out of town while my car was sitting in burlington because I needed my brake pads and rotor’s replaced. I tried to inspect them myself first but accidentally stripped one of the lugs studs with a power wrench. They did a great job and not only changing the brakes but also the stud. Although one thing to mention is CHECK WHEN THEY TORQUE YOUR WHEELS. I went to a friend’s tire shop to retorque the spacers and rims to 76lb but he could not get a lot of the lugnuts off with an air torque wrench so I took it back to them to do it themselves to specifically 76lbs. Thankfully they were happy to retorque them without a cost.
