Came to get a hose made was told it was gonna be an hour Tell the gentleman I would wait Glad I did he went on and checked and they didn't have the fitting We needed to fix the hose. On the way to the next Store glad I just didn't decide to leave it there

I’ve shopped here, but I’m used to Autozone for parts. Their parts are slightly different. I was shopping for windshield wipers. What they had would not fit correctly. Even the salesman tried to make it fit. I just got a refund.. In another occasion, I needed extra bright headlight bulbs. I had to buy their brand because they did not carry Sylvania.. After purchasing, I should have went to another location and bought Sylvania. The NAPA brand was not extra bright.,

Guy at counter asked what i was working on? I told him I had spoken to Jason about a sealant.He walked around the counter to show me where it was & said it better work for that price.He then went back around the counter & answered the phone leaving me standing there while he looked up parts & walked to look at something for the person on the phone.I've always been told you take care of the customer in front of you( debit card in hand)put the phone on hold......however Jason was very helpful when we spoke on phone!

I went in to buy some spark plugs for my motorcycle, the counter person ,acted arrogant and was very unfriendly, I told him I was experimenting with spark plugs and he told me he worked for some with a dyno, and he new it all ,that's the second Tim in a year I was in there and that person acted the same way.very arrogant and unfriendly. Very disrespectful

I WAS THERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES AGO ALL I NEEDED WAS A BATTERY FOR A 2000 MAX 4 ATV. I'M 72 YEARS OLD SO I HAVE FORGOTTEN MORE IN LIFE THAN THE YOUNG COUNTER PERSON WILL EVER LEARN. JUST SHOW ME A BATTERY WITH A GOOD WARRANTY, NOT ON A FLAT SCREEN, AND I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT. I GOT UPSET AND LEFT SORRY FOR LOSS I WILL GO TO REIDSVILLE TOMORROW. YOUNG PEOPLE ARE DISTORYING THE COUNTRY.
