The normal guy Philip that's there wasn't there. Some girl was. I was late to my appointment to get off the enterlock. She was not doing anything but sitting on her phone. She didn't want to help me out at all. This isn't the only time monitech has disappointed me..the customer service "Charme" is rude and unwill you help. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please look into other companies before you choose monitech...they don't care about you...just your money.

Phil is so knowledgeable about these units , I’ve had some problems with monitec monitors. But Phil was always there with concerns and alway helped in every way he can. Just wish some of the imployee that we have to call sometimes. Could be like Phil , he makes it seem like we never got into this mess. Isn’t his fault or anyone but mine ! But great to know I have a friendly person to help me thru this difficult time. Thanks Phil for the help and making things so easy to talk about !!!

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever came encounter with. Good luck with trying to get in touch with a representative. Leave voicemails, no call backs. Stayed on the phone for 1 hour in a half and still no connection with no one. I DO NOT advise anyone going through a DUI to choose this company and I’m being so sincere about this. This company should be taking out of business

Don’t let these post lie. The people doing the service are always nice especially the Burlington nc location but the service if u need car repairs is terrible. My car has been at the dealership for 6 days with no response. Carolina Nissan said it’s not the first time that they tell a customer to blow them up to get it done. Good luck calling from 11 am to 4 pm. I made a mistake getting my dui second was being cheap and getting monitech

This place is highly recommended if you live in/near the area! The dude Philip Coker is a great guy to have service your car, and gives the place a chill relaxing vibe! Tell him I said hi! Also! In person Monitech is good, but calling is my least wanted option when it comes to service. It takes a good-goooood bit of time for them to answer most the time but they do resolve the problems when they get to your call! I just gotta say that this dude Philip, holding up the fort in Burlington is super awesome, helpful, and charismatic! If only his building could answer my calls and fix them… take note: Monitech in Burlington is far superior than the phone service for the whole company. No offense Monitech y’all just need more phone service workers or sumfin because it does take a while for them to answer calls (they are all polite especially Princess! Tell her I said hi)!!!
