I was having difficulty getting in touch with a vendor near Supply NC. After several days of frustration, I met Tammy at the Charlotte NC Store #118. She went far beyond what an associate normally does for a customer. She worked up my order and explained the process with precise detail and arranged for my new building to be delivered to my location in Supply. Awesome experience from the moment I drove on the lot. The manager (Maryn Takacs) was honest and very knowledgeable. And the technician (Scott) blew me away with his patience and attention to detail. My background as a maintenance mechanic makes me leery of certain things. Scott passed every test and made me feel comfortable with not only my purchase but also the upgrades. Normally not one to leave or read reviews however, I had to this time to shout out the awesome customer service I received from Joel and Michael on 9-29-22. I have a 5x8 trailer that had a bad wheel hub and bearings (so bad the outer bearing was missing) Upon coming in Joel was quick on the spot offering solutions and advice. Needless to say I had to make several trips that day due to issues I ran into with what was supposed to be an simple job. Michael walked me through step by step of exactly what to do and even asked for me to follow-up once the repair was complete. Working in retail as a DM for the past 20 years I know you DO NOT get this level of customer service anymore at most retail locations. Because of them Leonard has gained a customer...well done gentleman!

I was in a pinch and needed a camper shell quickly. Although they didn’t have one they helped me by giving me ideas where to look. Steve took the time to call around and was very helpful. Even though I was not able to buy a shell from here, the guys gave me a great deal on installing seals on the truck, made sure the shell was securely fastened to my truck and wired the brake light. These guys are super helpful and I very much appreciate their help. I am now able to take my truck across the country on my move and my four legged kids will be safe in the back. Very unprofessional. The person who ordered, ordered the wrong product for the van. A different person started the install and stopped. This person had never worked on a Sprinter. He called me an idiot as I walked out the door because I wanted my money back. They did refund labor but would not refund the products they ordered. Left 3 messages at corporate office in Mt.Airy but know one returned my calls. Wrote a letter to the CEO and never received a response. I recently purchased a bed cover for my truck and these guys hands down were great to work with. Amazing experience from the beginning. Great communication during the process , from making an educated purchase, feeling confident I ordered a good product, to an A + on the install. Wes and the gang had my bed cover in earlier than expected and he actually stayed over to install my bed cover 30 min prior to closing . Great customer service from my experience there last week and much much improved than over a year ago when I was there purchasing some seat covers. That experience was horrible last year. Glad to have these new guys in the county. Will be buying from them again. Good decisions in upper management in whomever selected these current guys to work there. That business will do extremely well !
