Best body shop in North Carolina. I have a seibon carbon fiber hood(retail goes for $1200). They are one of the best shops in NC, I will never go to another body shop as long as they are open. Customer service is 10/10, couldn't ask for anything better. I am truly happy with there work.

I chose Classic Collision for repairs covered by the insurance company for a teenager who backed into the driver’s side door of my car (which was parked on the street in front of my house) from the driveway across the street. 🤦‍♀️ Classic Collision kept me informed via text throughout the process. Back in first part of August our 2016 Outback was rear ended on Church St. While the damage didn't look too bad, we wanted it repaired. After checking around we decided to use Classic Collision and we were very happy we did. They found hidden damage in addition to what was readily visible. Their process was easy, they kept us apprised every step of the way via text messages and they actually had the car repaired ahead of their projected schedule. We keep our cars neat and clean inside and out but were amazed when we picked it up that they had detailed the car, especially on the inside. Even the cargo area rubber mat looked like new. When you get a survey from a company on how they do, I never give 10s because I always feel like 9s should be a great score and there is always room for improvement. In this case, they proved to be the exception, they earned all 10s! And you best believe that we will highly recommend them to our friends and colleagues. They did a super job from start to finish and went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations.

Another body shop estimated 12 days for the work. Classic Collision - Burlington, NC explained they'd order the factory part in advance and call me to take my car in for the single day the repair would take. Single day? It took them about an hour. Looks good as new. And their price was significantly less than the shop that wanted me to leave the car for almost 2 weeks. And the people were super nice.
