I asked for conventional motor oil change, and they gave me a full synthetic oil change! Asked to replace my windshield wipers. They replaced both of them with smaller wipers and still charged me. Turned out to cost 150 dollars for a damn oil change. Was a much better place when it named Valveline!

This has got to be the best inspection station I have ever encountered. THREE employees came out to greet us with a free bottle of water! This was the kind of customer service that I remember as a much younger person. We were in and out in 10 minutes! I stopped by DELK before going there and was told that it would be at least a hour and half before getting to us. Strickland Brothers exceeded my expectations. I'll be going back for oil changes in the future even though I live 30 miles away!

It was my first time at a drive thru oil change so I was nervous about it since I normally do my own oil changes, but the guys at Strickland Oil really knocked it out of the park. They were upfront and transparent about what they were doing, gave thoughtful recommendations to help the longevity of my engine, there was clear and consistent communication throughout the shop. And our attendant Steven Scott was phenomenal, he was polite, attentive, he showed us a coupon to save some money on our service, there’s not a bad thing to say about them! I will definitely be coming back.

Demarcus was very helpful and did a great job!! However the white lady that was I assume teaching him was very rude and disrespectful. I believe her name started with an A. She constantly had an attitude and was clearly talking bad about him to other employees. She definitely needs to have something said to her. But shoutout to Demarcus for handling it well and not being fazed! He was amazing.

I've got to really to the crew at Strickland Brothers in Burlington, NC, despite the near freezing temperatures and the number of people in line, the whole team stayed positive, cheerful, and kept the pace moving while maintaining professional and technical expertise! Additionally, there was a young lady, I wasn't able to catch her name, that was circulating through the 3 lanes, keeping the workers on task, assisting where there was a need in any role, while managing customer check out, she was awesome! Great job to the whole team!

Great service, polite and polite staff! One thing to look into is the email survey. It asks for a ranking from 1–10, then on the next screen, it asks if you had a "5 star" experience. Sounds like that's half of the "10". Just thought I'd point that out.
