I purchased a truck from Westcott GMC that I found on the internet. I live 8 hours away from them. May salesman was Jimmy Chilton. The entire transaction was was done via phone, email & text. Jimmy could not have been more accommodating. He was quick to respond to my questions and requests. Very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I also had some interaction with Amy in the office who took care of the paperwork. She too was great to deal with. After the deal was finalized I arranged to have the truck shipped to me. Jimmy worked with my shipper. Took pictures and video before it was loaded on the transport and sent them to me. I was able to easily verify that there was no damage done during shipping.
