This establishment is awesome, made an appointment for a Monday, they called that afternoon,car is ready. The staff is friendly you can ask a question,and they will give you an answer on what your concerns were. There price was reasonable for what work they did. I would recommend them to all.

I had oil change and tire rotation on 11/30/2024. On Jan 18 2025 while in SC my brother opened the hood to my car and the oil cap was laying on top of the air grill and oil was all over the plastic cover that goes over the engine and one of my tires is missing the cap. I will never take my car here again. This is careless and bad customer service and needs to be reported to the BBB

The staff was Awesome they talk to me about what I need to bring my car up to standards. They work in a timely fashion and keep me update on their schedule and alerted when it time to come pick it. They was very pleasant and Josh my Mechanic made me feel safe again in my car. I know he skillfully fixed my car..So grateful for Prescion Tune Auto Care. Just moving back to town after 23 years, we needed to find a dependable shop for oil changes, tire rotations ect. My wife and I have both had our vehicles serviced here. The front desk manager is extremely personable and patient. You will receive email coupons, mail coupons ect. Having worked in a similar business for several years, I know the pricing here is great. Always a pleasure to get my car oil service right. Staff was very efficiently today, didn’t have to wait long.. i asked them to check my battery, fluids and to rotate the tires .. they said they done all but when i got home i check the window wash fluids, not a drop in it and i told them it was low and needed some.., 😖😖they lost a customer now😩😩

This was my first time visiting the shop and I drove close to the opening of the Bay area. There was no one else there getting service and no one was there to greet or flag me in. I drive up to but not inside the mechanical area and this guy came out yelling at me telling me I can't just drive up there. I didn't't drive in area just right outside it to see if anyone would come to the car. I needed an oil change and again this was my first time here and because he came out shouting at me, and looking at me like I was an idiot..He never asked or offered to help in any way. I decided to leave because that is not good customer service. You don't have to yell and shout at people to get your point across. A simple excuse me ma'am do you mind pulling your car to this area. may I escort you inside to see how we can help you today would have been appreciated. I won't be back to this location. I got my oil changed at a place with good customer service and better pricing.

I needed my breaks changed came her at 10:20 to check-in, I stood here waiting for 4 hours. Waiting for it to get finished. After watching them prioritize other vehicles before me, I counted 6 people that were here after me that left before my vehicle was done. I won’t be coming back after the ridiculous wait of aLmsoT 3 hours and seeing how they prioritized quicker services over mines.

No wonder this store has an F with the Better Business Bureau!! DO NOT go here!!!!!! Came here to get an alignment done, when they were almost done let me know I had brake fluid leaking which after calling my husband he wanted to fix it. The mechanic then just says okay and finishes up and test drives my car around the block while I paid. I get in my car and luckily made it 2-3 miles up the road pretty much driving with no brakes. I was so scared. I filled up the brake fluid and it was pouring out so my husband came and met me literally tightened a bolt and it was fine. My brake were fine before I got there and not when I left and it was a 10 second fix.. after I called they offered to send a tow truck and take a look at it thankfully we handled it on our own. ** Reached out thru email to the customer service and they told me they would look into it and get back to me.. after a month still haven't heard anything!

I’ve had 11 cars and have never experienced a service this bad. I have a 2022 Nissan Altima, originally I took my car to Precision due to a clicking noise coming from the front end and my car needed a jump to start. They said I had a bad battery and needed a left CV axle. I had initially got my battery checked at orielys and the test ran that my battery was good, told precision this but they still insisted it was my battery. So my warranty company approved and paid for my CV axle to be replaced but not the battery (thank god cause my battery was never bad). So, precision replaced my CV axle and when I picked my car up all the lights included my engine and ABS lights were on. They go on to say that it’s due to the “bad battery” and that the lights would go off as I drive my car, WELL SOME lights did come off but the engine and ABS lights were still on. I then took my car to Auto Zone had them test my battery, alternator and my starter. Test came back ONCE AGAIN that my battery is good BUT the starter is bad. Also the check engine light gave a P0500 code which is my speed sensor that is located near the left CV that they had replaced so more than likely they disabled or damaged the sensor when disassembling the left tire to replace my CV axle. I got a print out of everything took it back to precision and showed them the results. The man behind the counter had an attitude and tried to tell my that my sensor had nothing to do with them changing the CV (when I build CV joints for a living and work on car myself) they also WOULD NOT give me a copy of the diagnostics test when I asked. The next morning my steering wheel could barely turn and my speedometer has completely stopped working, I don’t even know the speed I’m driving and I have two small children that I drive around. So now I have to deal with the hassle of filing a dispute and a civil complaint. And I have to take my car back to a shop cause it was retired to me worst than when I dropped it off. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They are way more expensive than other places I called. They quoted me 708.30 to get a new battery put in my car. I really felt like the man was trying to be funny. I can’t help but to feel like he tried to take advantage of the situation because I am a woman. I went to the Exon service station across from the police department, and saved hundreds of dollars. Call around and get estimates before you decide to come here for repairs.
