They sold me a car that had 50 million issues also the check engine light came on not even a week after buying the car then I bring it in for them to fix and there like oh it’s not on the warranty you’ll have to pay out of pocket don’t waste your time here

Excellent customer service! I had to have my vehicle towed in for a surprise issue with my 2019 Ford. Stearns Ford took care of it promptly, and thankfully, the cost was taken care of by warranty. The staff took the time to inform me of the issue and what it took on their part to complete the job. They completed the work in a timely fashion, which will definitely make me a repeat customer.

This is the worst sales experience I have ever had. My wife and I drove 3 hours to look at a truck here. We called and made them aware we had our check in hand to buy. They told us we were good to purchase the vehicle. When we got here they had someone else driving the truck on a test drive. They told us the persons were not interested on the vehicle and that we were ok to purchase it and we had first dibs. When we returned from our test drive they told us they sold the vehicle but would put us in a different vehicle that we would not get until Monday. Again we live 3 hours away. They had no respect for their customers. Additionally, Roger and Franklin sat and discussed their customers in a distasteful and negative manner. This is definition of a dealership just looking for a sale. They underhanded their own employee Gamel, who was the only pleasant part of our experience. However, not enough for me to spend my money there or recommend them to anyone.

We had the best buying experience. If you are looking to buy a car. Ask for Kelvin tell him i sent you. Just an update...still Say Kelvin was awesome. However when they took my car in the rear to get clean somewhere hit the windshield and it crack...the manager made it seem they would be able to do something .. when the glass place said that they couldnt fix and that they dealership knew that. He said that they could've fix it...integrity Sucked. I will Never recommend anyone here
