We had a slow leak on an inside dual- axle tire of our 27,000 pound motorhome. I contacted Black’s in Burlington about fixing it, and Eric was great communicating with us about how to check ahead of time to make sure the big tire crew was in, and letting us know where to park. When we arrived a great team member named Early helped us maneuver into the back lot, then he and Tim quickly located a small puncture in the tread and repaired it. Great service, great price, we highly recommend them and we’ll go back for future tire needs. Not too hard to get to off of the I 40 - I 85 corridor, and they have a mobile team if needed!!! Thank you!!

The mechanics do really great at explaining what’s wrong with your car and offer a variety of options to go about taking care of the issue. They also expressed that they wouldn’t do anything new to my car If they spotted other issues, until they communicated with me over the phone about it first.

Love this place. I have so much respect for them. They run an honest business. I went in and told them I thought I needed both front and back rotors and brake pads replaced. They called me and told me only the front needed to be replaced. Plus I had called them last minute and they squeezed me in. Sad I just now found out about this place cause I would've gone to them a long time ago!

I work 12 hour shifts overnight and on my way home from work this morning, I ran over a huge screw in a peice of metal...mad is an understatement. I had just purchased new tires about 2 months ago. I went to one tire place and the wait was 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. I decided to go back up the street and try Black's Tire instead. The guy up front took my keys and said "no problem, we'll check it out". I waited maybe 10 minutes and another guy came and brought my keys and says "you're all fixed up now". I thank him and walk to the counter to pay...the guy looks at me and waves his hand and says "you've had a rough enough morning. Its just a plug. Have a good day ma'am". I was frozen for a second...then I just started crying...I could barely thank this man for his act of kindness...because people that genuinely care just dont really exist anymore. I couldn't wait to tell my dad how you all had made my morning. I sincerely thank yall once again and you have absolutely gained a new customer.

I have been going to Black's Tire now for several years for routine oil changes, tires and tire rotations. The prices and customer service is great. They offer 2 ample waiting areas and are open on Saturdays. I was driving my wife's car earlier this month on the way to pick up my vehicle when just a few blocks away from Black's her car made a high pitched sound and the low tire light lit up on the dash. When we arrived we had them check it out and it turned out to be a faulty tire valve core, which they replaced for us free of charge. More recently I took my car to them to retrieve one of my battery water compartment covers, which I flipped off with a screwdriver only to have it fall out of reach under my engine. They quickly retrieved it for me and also checked my battery, again free of charge. I highly recommend Black's Tire for all your car service needs.

The service,as always, was excellent! Got me in and out quickly and the staff is always friendly and helpful! The only complaint I have which doesn’t affect service..is the restroom is horrible! The ceiling is leaking and the sink/cabinet has rotted and is partially collapsed! This reflects on the business as lack of customer care. Several people also complained of this while I was there and the company should address this issue ASAP to better serve the customers and the staff also! Thank you for listening….
