Did an alignment last week on my AWD Subaru, I let them know it is critical since I'll be driving all the way to Washington state. They have claimed that they did the wheels alignment and tested the car. When I asked about the documentation for the alignment measurement, the lady at the front desk told me everything is done manually and there is no paperwork which is unheard-of.... Because of that I ended up with two bad front tires because of the alignment wasn't done. When I went to redo my alignment somewhere else they showed me on paper how my alignment was totally messed up. I'M GLAD THAT I HAVE NOT ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THAT. SPECIALLY IN THIS WEATHER.

When my friend backed into the side of my girlfriend's SUV, we took it to Woody's shop to get an estimate. The estimate indicated that the cost would be almost $1000. We took it somewhere else, and they were able to repair everything very well for less than $300. Whereas Woody's was going to repaint the entire door, the other place found that it was not necessary. Woody's was going to replace the door handle, and it looks like new after some simple buffing. We are very happy with the repair, and very glad we didn't pay $700 to have it done at this place.

I have a 1996 Acura that I love and continue to drive. Several years ago I decided to have it repainted and chose Woody's Body Shop. They did an EXCELLENT JOB and I was very pleased. It still shines like a NEW car. Mr Woody was very helpful as well when I needed to replace a couple of parts for the interior that had worn out due to age. He shopped around and got me the best prices for the parts needed. I was given an appointment time and was contacted when the work was completed ahead of the estimated time. Now they offer state inspections and oil changes which are services I plan to use. The staff are very friendly and helpful with my questions.

I have used them on more than one occasion and have been very pleased with their service. I took it in for a four wheel alignment. Turns out the back wheels didn't need it, only the front did. They could have easily charged me for all four but only charged me half because the back didn't need it. I have read the negative reviews on here, but I have used them three times and referred two friends to them and all three of us have had nothing but positive results from these guys.

Had some scratches on my car door thanks to an overly eager dog. Had gotten an estimate elsewhere before coming here and the other guys were wanting to charge me to repaint my door 🙄. Stopped by Woody’s, they took a look at it and offered to buff it out (I figured that’s all it really needed). They did it super quick and at a good price. These guys are the best! I drive over 30 minutes to come here any time I need alignments. Today I brought my truck in for an alignment. Nearly an hour was spent checking the alignment but in the end I simply had some loose bushings because there are so many miles on it. If this were my business there is no way I would have let me out of there for free but that is exactly what they did because that is the kind of people they are. Quality work at a low price. I know that most people are very happy with their work, but I am not. I had these guys install new struts in a car with more than 200,000 miles, and they actually reused the same strut mounts. Not knowing any better, I did not think anything of it until one of the struts became loose and was compromised to the point of making the car unsafe to drive. I did not know until I heard terrible knocking when making turns. They need to stick to a limited number of things and one of them is NOT replacing your struts. Every knowledgeable mechanic will tell you when a car has that many miles on it to also replace the worn strut mounts. They go hand in hand in the job. Since this is a serious safety issue, I'll never go back.
