The crew is welcoming, considerate and very friendly. Not to mention, you do not have to exit your vehicle. Awesome!! This location is thorough in there oil change with services. My windshield wipers were checked, fluids topped off, air in tires and all of the things. I plan to visit again.😊

Nikki was great! He was professional from the very start by meeting me and gathering basic information before even pulling in the bay. He checked both air filters, wiper blades, and coolant. Had my tires filled with air, and my oil changed within 10 minutes. Great overall experience because of him.

My experience today at Take 5 was quick, comfortable, and affordable. I was able to drive right up into the bay without delay. A cold bottle of water is what welcomed me, and the kind warming smile of Cierra is what followed. She answered my every question and provided me with wonderful service. Excellent service starting with how they treat their customers. They offer you water and chips while you wait and if it takes a little longer they give you a $10 coupon for the the wait. Chris was awesome while he took care of my service and always attentive.

Everybody was super nice very quick service I did not like the $5.99 shop fee that they charged. If you’re going to charge it just hide it in the price don’t tell me how much an oil change cost and then add some BS 599 fee to the end of the order That’s kind of like false advertising just hide it in the price and tell me what it is so I don’t have to see it.

I needed a quick oil change, my husband typically does this for me but he was busy. I stopped at Take 5 in Burlington and Amber was awesome in helping me out. Is he said pop your hood and I pulled my whole fuse box thing off 😆 she found the hood lever and fixed my fuse box. Awesome work ethic and great positive attitudes from all Staff! Amber gave me water and fruit snacks as I waited. David and Bamm also assisted in the oil change, coolant exchange plus I received a new air filter! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend going elsewhere. My engine bay was never this dirty before. There was oil splattered everywhere after the service. I had to clean it myself. On top of that, they constantly try to upsell unnecessary services. Very disappointing experience. I’m only giving 2 stars because one of the worker was friendly. (Not the person working on my car)

If you don’t take your car here you’re messing up! Amber and Co. will take care of you in an expert and expeditious manner. First off, there was no wait at all. The team promptly greeted me when I pulled up and guided me into one of the bays. They even offered me a bottle of water, something I’ve never seen done before. The facility itself was immaculate, which is a rarity with any sort of automotive business. The entire team was polite and professional. I was only going for an oil change, but I left with so much more. I’ve never been to a place where I don’t even have to get out of my vehicle, which is nice. Amber went over all of the services they offer, she check all of my fluid levels, and made recommendations on certain services that they provide that I would benefit from. At no point was she pushy, nor was I under the impression she was trying to “upsell” me on anything. I normally do all of my own vehicle maintenance, but I was 200 miles from home (and my tools) so I decided to let them take care of me. She talked me through the entire process, and she was very informative. We discussed my need for a new air filter (something I had been putting off for entirely too long), how my coolant was dirty, how my drain plug had been rounded off, and how I desperately needed new windshield wipers (this wasn’t my vehicle, I was delivering it to my dad who has had a hard time performing his own vehicle maintenance lately). After a few minutes some of the other team members freed up and instead of slacking off or standing around BS’ing they came over to help Amber finalize the processes she was performing on my vehicle. It genuinely felt like I had my own pit crew lol. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and go see Amber and her coworkers, your vehicle and your future self will be grateful. Services rendered: oil change, oil plug replacement, all fluids checked/topped off, coolant flush, tire pressure checked/topped off, windshield wiper replacement, air filter replacement. They probably did more, but I was too amazed at their customer service to notice.

He made sure that I was aware of their top off policy for care between visits. I've been using this location for oil changes since I moved to Burlington. They're quick, comprehensive, and always friendly. I usually see Jamie when I stop by, but Keenen helped me most recently - he answered all my questions, communicated well with his team, and even checked to make sure my dash lights had been reset properly before I left. Be sure to check their website for coupons before you go - I think I have always been able to find a discount from them. As always, great service!

Mr Keenan was excellent in bay 2. Drove right in and loved the cold bottles of water! He monitored everything so it was done correctly. We returned for a synthetic oil change but this was the first time I experienced sitting in the car with my husband while the oil change was done. Efficient, professional and very pleasant experience. Now I know why there was a line the previous day. Will definitely return.

Top tier customer service at this shop! Great oil and filter change experience. Took about 30 mins total due to the line but I never had to get out of my car, great team here. Complimetary snack and a drink while I waited, they showed me my filters, no pressure to add additional services but had what I needed ready to go at fair prices. Chris was knowledgeable and professional answered my questions and help decide what additional services that I needed. Will definitely go back!

The worst experience ever! I will never come back. My husband told one of the workers that he wanted to pay for my oil change because I was cute. The workers automatically assume we didn't know each other. So they tried to convince me to run up the check, I said no, that I just need and oil change. They said well let us check and see what you need. I told them they can check. They came and ask if the can check the cabin air filter. I told them yes, it did need to be replaced I told them to check with my husband and they did and they were going to replace it but they didn't have it in stock. That was the last of communication before they brought the check to my husband to pay... And they told him I got an coolant exchange. That was a lie! They did that without my permission and my husband called me on the phone at the moment they realize they messed up because he then told them that I was his wife. They started to apologize but they had also already ran his card and they said they could not fix it. They said all they could do was give us 50% for us to use next time. But then I noticed I was also charged for the air filter under the hood that I never approved them to replace. These people are extremely dishonest and can't be trusted. The manager included! To top that off the coupons expire in April and I won't even need an oil change that soon......
