Amazing shop pretty friendly. I brought my new car here to fix a coolant pipe the day I bought it. They weren't the best at giving me a call back for simple things like (When the part arrived or when they ordered it). At first I brought the car in on a Tuesday (8/29/23) and was told that they would look at it and order the part same day. I called on Thursday for an update and was told it hadn't been ordered yet. I decided not to bug them much more and waited till the next week on Tuesday (9/5/23) to contact them and I did get some answer but had to call back because I didn't receive an answer on if the part had arrived. But Maintenance was completed on (9/6/23). Rating Maintenance/Service:5 Customer Service:4 Price:4 Overall:5 (For outstanding Maintenance) I will be coming back for future maintenance. Thank you Garden Automotive.

Bad bad customer service!, told me a time they closing got there before and they didn’t want to help me, answer with attitude. Specially at the front desk. They just wanted to go home. And they charged me even not doing nothing, other places don’t charge you if they don’t finish their job.

Update: Still going there, gotta be close to 8 years or more? They are still great, still the best to work with. Very flexible, and staff is fantastic. Mike and Mike have been a great find. I've been taking my vehicles there for over three years. Everything from oil changes, inspections, and tires. Prices are always competitive, scheduling is flexible, and I feel that all the techs there do great work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Found an honest mechanic, can you believe it? Y’all, if you love your car, bring it here. I was fine, until I saw the oil sludge in the headliner in my car. Unfortunately, when I noticed, I was already in Lexington, 45 minutes away from the location. I explained this to the owner, who said "if you can get it back here we'll clean it, whether or not we did it." When I tried to explain that I sent photos and no one has serviced the car since we've owned it (few short months) I got a raised voice and a different attitude. I'm sure the owner will respond by saying something about how I raised my voice also, which is true. After he insinuated that I was lying, I got a little annoyed. I paid over $200 bucks for one tire and all I wanted was for the owner to make it right. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to physically get back there to have it corrected, as I explained to them more than once, so I naively assumed the owner would give me a small discount, maybe 10% or something. Considering I now have to purchase something to clean the sludge off my car. Apparently that's a bridge too far for this place. Oh! The super awesome technician couldn't figure out how to turn off my tire sensor light, so I had to do that. Thank God for YouTube. Go elsewhere.

They failed my car for the emissions inspection although my car was 20 years old. I tried to explain to them that the NC DMV states that if a car is over 20 years old then it is not required to have an emissions inspection. First the lady behind the desk tried telling me it was because they go by the build date not the car year. I informed her that the manufacturer date on my door was 2004 and the car model is a 2005, so either way it was 20 years old.The main manager guy came out and argued with me that it has to be 23 years old and that they didn’t like doing inspections anyway because they make no money from it. I was told that if I called the License & Theft Bureau and they said other wise then they would pass it. I didn’t even look at my paperwork because i immediately called the DMV to talk to the License & Theft Bureau. They informed me he was wrong and looked up my info. Come to find out I also failed the safety due to a serpentine belt and they didn’t tell me because they were to busy being rude to me about how he knew that the rules say 23 years. I changed my belt and went to a much friendlier garage who had no problem passing me. If you have an older car do not go to them. For how rude they were, and for the fact they wouldn’t check the rules themselves I don’t recommend anyone go.

Fantastic crew down there at Garden Auto ! Cherokee does an awesome with my Tacoma which I'm sure he'll continue his great work ethic with my new replacement, an SRT8 Challenger. I bring my oil and purolator boss oil filter and it's like 30 bucks out the door, you can't beat it ! Thanks Guys 👍

Wish I could leave a ZERO. Went today for the 2nd and LAST time. RUDEST place in Burlington! Both times I’ve tried to get service there I was met with a lack of respect and professionalism. Manager or owner dude apologized for being rude, then continued to be rude, condescending, and snarky, and all I was trying to do was ask one simple question. Save yourself the trip and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I had a coolant pipe burst a few miles from Garden Automotive. It was early on a weekday. I called and the manager (possibly the owner) was kind to provide towing recommendations if I couldn’t get the car there under its own power. They finished the car by mid afternoon. Was truly happy with the customer service and the work done. I’m writing this review from service 6 weeks ago. It was properly diagnosed, explained and fixed. I can’t ask for more than that.

Meets people where they are at, and cars with what they actually need. Mike has a special way I've seen the individual and really underhand how to take care of them. My mom has lived nearby for years, and the only vehicle she has is the wheelchair van she uses to transport my grown brother, for whom she is the sole caregiver. Not only does Mike diagnose and use reasonable measures to make sure what is being fixed is what really needs to be fixed to get her back on the road, he also goes out of his way to make sure her needs and my brother's needs are met with as minimal inconvenience as possible. When you live out of state, it's comforting to know there are kind people with healthy businesses that will take care of those you love.
