Arrived when they should have opened. Garage is closed and dark. Phone message is a simple greeting ( doesn’t say closed or will open later) no one in the main store will answer the phone for more information. Waited 20 minutes then left.

Okay to good, if you bought their tires. But still, you have to watch the technicians closely. They are prone to making mistakes. Another thing, none of the centers seem to answer the phone.

Went there for an oil change one day. Waited about 20 minutes and they told me they couldn't do the oil change because the "plug was stuck" and they couldn't remove it. I said ok cool, I will just go somewhere else...I get back into my car and noticed that the loose change that I always keep in a small compartment in my car was mostly gone. Now I never keep track of how much, just when I break a dollar I toss it there! That day I knew I had about 4 plus dollars, because I was on my way out of town and had just went to the car wash to clean/vac out my car. So imagine my shock when I noticed only a handful of pennies and about 2 nickels were left. I pulled around to tell the guy(older man) that normally I'm a nice person, I would have given him the change if he had've just asked. Of course he denied it and said no one there steals or touches money. I wrote this review to warn people not to be like me and be so trusting with people, even if it is a business. I am aware of my own faults here.

Please be aware!!!!!!! The auto service center tried to charge my mother who is in her sixties over six hundred dollars telling her she needed different things to be repaired One of them being A new gasket by her engine come to find out all they did was take the gasket off and left it sitting under the hood so I put it back on another was a new horn because her horn wasn’t working they were going to charge several hundred dollars because they told her they had to rewire everything All it needed was a new fuse they told her her turn signal was out she need a new light they had just loosened the bulb so I put that back in so with everything they told her she needed to have repaired iplus labor the bill was going to be about $680 her brother put in a new fuse to fix her horn All she had to pay for was the little fuse please be careful they will take advantage obviously with elderly women who they think don’t know any better!!!!

‼️Great service and quick! Friendly staff as well. ‼️‼️ONLY PROBLEM‼️‼️ 📢📢WALMART!! Please add some courtesy benches outside of the auto center! There is plenty of room on the side for customers to sit and wait outside for their vehicle get done! There isn’t even any sitting areas inside either! Yes you can go around and shop but not everyone needs to or wants to. Think about the elderly or anyone for that matter! Maybe a small areas of shopping cart in case someone wants to go in and shop until their car is finished. Instead of having to walk in all the way to the front to get a cart. As I just seen a lady dropping her car to get fixed and had a newborn in her car seat she had to carry. Just a thought to help your Walmart customers out.

I repeat DO NOTCOME HER FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THEY WILL CAUSE MORE HARM THEN GOOD. THEY STRIPPED A BOLT THAT HOLDS THE OIL PAN IN PLACE,VY USING A LARGER BOLT THAN THE ACTUAL SIZE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUN! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY

They do not answer the phones. The first time i called, someone just held it breathing, then they completely stopped answering. How can you sell me the product if I can’t check to see if it’s available.

Had a 7 AM appointment for a tire change. Arrived at 7 AM and doors locked. Some guy behind the counter comes and tells me he can't open the door and management has to. I then have to stand out in the cold for 24 minutes last opening until the door is finally opened. I ended up being late for work as a result. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I'll be going to BJ's for my tires from now on. Would leave a zero star if I could.

The employees here were amazing today. I did have a wait of about two hours for my two tires and an oil change but I had shopping in the store so it wasn't a problem. They have the best prices anywhere and best the price I got directly from Goodyear including my work discount at Goodyear online by $40 at their normal price. I remembered halfway thru my service I needed my oil change as wel and they added it no problem and again a full synthetic oil change was cheapest here. I appreciate the discount they gave me I saw on my receipt after purchase for my roadside warranty making it free. All combined everything here was $5 more than just my 2 tires would have been at Goodyear online. I use my car as a professional delivery driver so I have to get lots of tires and oil changes. I had gotten two tires here last year and they did a great job and my other two were ready for replacement and I wanted the identical ones to the them so I was a repeat customer.

I went to buy a new battery at this auto center and after they put in a supposedly new battery my car won’t start. After I expressed my concerns that a car a drove there wouldn’t start this guy with coach on his tag ( I think his name is Travis) practically told me to get lost. The tow truck driver told me this auto center workers don’t know what they are doing and might have put the terminals wrongly. Just be careful and avoid them if possible.

I was told the service center was shorthanded. However, I saw about six individuals moving around like zombies. I was told at 1 p.m. that they weren't writing anymore service tickets bc they had three cars to do before me, and they took lunch from 2 until 3:15. I told the one guy that I would wait. Meanwhile, they had one car inside. The person in front of me decided to leave, and they turned away three other customers after me before I could leave. I would like to hear one reason that they should make more than $8/ hr.

This sucks. They are not at all professional, they make you waste money and time, a simple appointment to change a tire purchased there, they cannot provide assistance. This isn't the first time I've booked a service at Walmart's AutoCenter and they canceled it the same day. The excuse is that they can't find the accessories, but I didn't order any of that. It's just a tire change service that I bought right there, and that's disappointing. You ask for help, and they give you a virtual assistant who always responds that they can't find that information. I'm so mad ordering from Walmart online.

They'll tell you appointment only for an oil change, then when you call to set an appointment they won't answer the phone. Or either answer the phone and breathe in it and not say anything. Then when you call the walmart and try to explain it to them they still transfer you to the same phone so you get the same thing. Feels really unprofessional and down right lazy to be honest.

Went up the Tuesday February the 3rd to get new tire for the rear of my vehicle. I opted to get the road hazard warranty and the lady said that'd be $20 more. That was fine and I said "let's do, it's my wife's car." I went around the store got a few other thing and got the message the vehicle was done. I went to the cash register, paid and left. Thursday February 5 comes around and I got a nail in one of the tires. I wasn't thinking "no problem, I got the warranty and I just brought these, I'm cover". Well I get there and they claimed I didn't ask for the warranty and it was not on my receipt. So I was at a lost. I get to the counter to pay the bill and the system had covered it for me, catching the fact I just got the tire and probably knew the truth about the warranty I had asked for. Well they decided that wasn't right, changed the system in their favor and charged me full price for the tire, install and warranty. They didn't try to help, no apologie and no respect. Even watched them "half ass" help a gentleman that couldn't speak English. They told him the # of the oil filter he was looking for but not where to find take him to it at that. I took the liberty to help him and got him on his way. Will not be working with this "auto center" anymore.
