Good fair price and service. My only issue was that i dropped off my truck and then had to call them to find out it was done. They never called me. They are pretty busy but take my truck whenever I bring it over.

He claimed to have fixed my silverado's problem (it will simply not start randomly) and charged nearly 500.00, for it to do the same again, he took it back and didn't look at it extensively to figure out where the problem came from. Then failed to call for several days to give us some information on how things were going. He simply shruged it off and left it parked for days. We ended up coming to get it since we need it to work. $500.00 after we still deal with not being able to start it sometimes. Failed at communication. Failed at offering a partial refund. Failed at the skills to point out the problem. If you have a similar issue. Do more research before you go for him. Electrical problems may not be his strongest point.

I would not recommend coming here, not professional or helpful in the least. I had trusted Cromers with my 2008 Suzuki Forenza for years. Long story short, they deemed it nothing but scrapable and mediated a bad sale in which the vehicle was never scraped and was repaired. Not only that but I am now incurring/disputing charges of the new owner on this vehicle. Cromers said they would work with me when charges first incurred but I never heard from them. Never did anything to help even though they put me in this situation. I was better off going to Carmax.

Great mechanic shop fixed what was wrong with my car and gave me a reasonable quote very happy with the service provided. You may have to call a few times to get an answer but the owner is very nice and well informed. Overall I highly recommend this shop if you're close by great shop to get what you need fixed done.

Really like this shop. They know how to fix cars and will get your car back to you fast. I just thought their prices were a little higher than other auto shops in the same area. In these hard economic times, price always matter. I would have preferred any offers for discounts and promotional offers for loyal and frequent customers or discounts on combined services done . This would be make for great marketing. When given the choice, I would choose a shop with lower prices but does good work. Luckily I was able to find another shop. But overall, Cromer can fix your car and have you running smoothly again. Just at a higher price than other independent shops in the same area.
