Besides a family owned auto shop growing up, this has been the only place I feel comfortable bringing my vehicles, especially as a woman. I know I can get straight forward answers on my car and no one is forcing maintenance that “needs” to be done. I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and everyone is always really understanding! Everyone has always been very kind too and that’s always helpful especially when dealing with unexpected vehicle expenses!

I scored this Firestone high because Evan, Dave (or Dan) and the MVP MY Tech that worked on my car O4 Scott (THE GOAT) all delivered excellent service—both over the phone and in person. From the first call to the one letting me know my car was ready, they were amazing: professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I came in without an appointment and with multiple issues, yet they treated me with patience and care. They didn’t rush me, explained everything clearly, and gave me options that felt honest and fair. Their transparency and communication made me feel confident and respected as a customer. I could tell they genuinely cared about both my safety and satisfaction. It’s rare to walk into a shop and feel that level of trust and comfort. Made an online appointment and a guy called me back the next morning to say that I can’t do that I just have to walk in. He was INCREDIBLY rude for no reason at all. So rude that I ended up just not going to them and took my business elsewhere. Yall need some training in better customer service, because the ones you have there now are NOT good at that at all.

This is this worst branch.. I have went by 2 times for a oil change granted walk in as I always have at all Firestone’s but the best answer I can get is I don’t know if it will get done today I only have 1 person . Me looking through the window at the 1 person standing in a group of what was 3 people before the front desk guy comes to talk to me chatting it up.. from the time I got in the parking lot I could see all 3 men standing in a circle chatting. Do better Firestone on Jordan Pl in high point. I will continue to use the one down east Chester at main where they know how to make money and run their branch.. SMH..

I contacted them. I was trying to remove my pressure power steering line and was having an issue getting the line in out asked if I bring the car down with the part will you help me out putting in the new part I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. They told me no. I was not rude. I said I can’t believe that you wouldn’t help a long-term customer out like this in a pinch. The sales rep started screaming and yelling and hung up on me. That was the only comment I made. I was not rude nor did I rate se my voice in anyway. Bringing your business regularly to Firestone doesn’t mean a thing. I’d avoid this place in their staff they’re not professional nor do they appreciate long-term customers. And Firestone just lost A customer that’s been bringing their vehicles into them for over ten 10 years

Dear Firestone Service Manager, I am still in shock by the continued terrible customer service I have received from you. I have tried to excuse and come back, but after today, I am done. I brought my vehicle in and spent $125 on an air conditioning service for your techs to tell me, “it working” when I was overly clear to say, that it had worked intermittently and was working at the time. So when it broke a week later, I was told that you had no notes and could not tell me what your techs found. Why would I need to have mechanics tell me the AC is working when that is obvious, but it also was definitely not going to work again soon. And for that matter, if you cannot diagnose it when it is working, then ask me to come back when it is not. Then when I brought my vehicle back to have the AC tested again, I also had you balance the tires. At the time your team asked me what was going on, to which, I said it had a wobble over 65 mph. When I called in this week to bring it BACK in for the tire balance, I said again that it had a wobble at over 65mph. I said that it was fine because I did have a small fender bender, so I was not sure what happened. When I got there today, you told me that its entirely possible that your team did not fix the balance the first time. So I was trying to see what kind of break you would give me to “try again” to see if you could fix it. You said, “well we don’t know if we didn’t fix it the first time”. At this point it took my keys back and left. What I dont unserstand is how you are not able to stand behind your team’s work to say, I know we fixed it the first time, OR I know we were not able to fix it the first time, rather than look at me like I am crazy for questioning whether or not I should spend MORE money at your store. Unfortunately, the answer is no. Your store has turned out to be like most other mechanic shops, one that is disrespectful and not exactly honest about the skills of the team and tools. Thank you. Really great people working there that I actually trust with my vehicles. From the front desk girl Crystal who was very friendly and made sure I got everything that I needed done. And speaking on the phone with Sean days before even meeting him today he was so incredible helpful and I was very impressed with how much research he was willing to do to find tires for my mustang and my corvette also. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. The service manager Evan was so nice to talk to and also very friendly, the whole experience was made very easy and it’s why I go there from the entire experience and the people there that really love their job I didn’t meet the service techs who worked on my vehicle but they always do the best job and you can tell they respect and treat all the vehicles they work on the best out of anybody around!

I just picked up my Suburban that had a piece of metal stuck in the front passenger tire tread. They removed the object and said it wasn’t deep enough to puncture the tire. So they didn’t charge me anything to fix my problem. Thanks Dave and whoever worked on my vehicle.
