Second time I change oil and I have to return because its leaking oil from the drain plug. In 2 different cars, it was the last time to take my car there. I dont recommend a basic oil change here.

Brought my mentor in here last Saturday for an inspection. They don't know it but her husband died a few months ago and she has never had to do this process alone. Great service. Clean and organized facilities. Full synthetic oil change on an older Highlander plus inspection = $113 out the door. Did not try to pressure me into anything extra and gave helpful tips for changing key fobs. Dropped off Friday after work and it was done by Saturday at 10. Will def go to them again!

The front office lady was not customer service friendly ,did not say hello or respond to my greeting , looked like she didn’t know what she was doing , could not find my name even though I have been a customer for a good number of years ,typed in wrong phone number so when my car was ready I didn’t get a phone call . I was waiting in the room almost two hours after I specifically questioned her if my car was done she just mumbled something I didn’t understand but didn’t try to find out if my car was indeed done as I was trying to tell her . The workers in the bay do a good job but they are in great need of help. The manager Joey apologized in her behalf and made things right . Also suggest that the employees have names tag swe can see.

I’m not one to complain being I. The restaurant and Custer service industry for years but I feel like the public should know. I took my car in for an inspection and possible repairs to the gear shift. I go to pay nothing is said other than the usual. I go to my car the key is in the ignition, and it is stuck. I go back wait 45 min for the manager to come out of the restroom and long story short, they tell me my ignition/car was like that when I dropped it off. Mind you I dropped off after hours and out my key in the Dropbox. 600 dollars later I had to replace the whole ignition. Be wary of this place and they ppl employed there.

The staff that checked us in at the front desk was awesome! It was 4 of us lined up before the business was open. The staff was not irritated or annoyed, he simply checked us all in as fast as he could. He was attentive to each one of us. One customer parked in the front of the first bay door and he told him he needed to move, the customer got an attitude but it didn't shift the staff positive attitude. I can't remember his name but I know he moved here from Chicago 2 years ago. I appreciate great customer service because it is super rare these days.

Scheduled appointments are important as there are plenty of ppl that go here and for a good reason. Reasonable prices, average wait time depending on whether you arrive there early or not and overall good satisfaction with deals and rates. Also provide good mechanical work on your vehicle, #1 reason i went there in the first place and no issue with the replacement part they put in my car. Would recommend. 🫡

I had an excellent experience at Precision Tune Auto Care 🚗🔧. The store manager, Joey, took care of all my needs within 2 1/2 hours ⏰, replacing my spark plugs and coil packs. I highly recommend them for all automotive repairs 👍🏼. It was a very positive experience, and we will definitely be back! 😊

I had a full brake replacement done here several months ago. The rotors and brake pads were replaced. When it was first done the noise from the NEW brakes pads and rotors was horrible! So I took it back in and they made an adjustment and told me the noise is from being new and the noise will stop after the break-in period. Months later the noise is still there. I've never heard such irritating noise from new brakes! I should have taken my car to the Honda dealership because Precision Tune did not know what they were doing. I spent a lot of money just to have noisy brakes. Be careful with what type of work you allow them to do on your car! P. Martin-2015 Honda CR-V

This was my first time coming to this Auto Tune on High Point, I have been to the one on Randleman road and Battleground and I have to say this one has been my most memorable experience. Joey treated me and my old car like we have been coming here for years! I truly had an amazing experience, my car was shown true interest and love off the rip. Thank you to Leon also for hoping right on board and getting/giving my car all the oil it needed. I normally do not leave reviews, but this was just too good of an experience. My experience with Precision Tune has been noting short of fantastic and easy. I have been bringing my van into the shop for a few years now and I am always put at ease when they take care of it. Joey, Rob and their whole team is friendly and knowledgeable. Joey's team respects him and speaks highly of him. They bring that friendly neighborhood mechanic feel to the place. This week I had my van towed to the shop and was warmly welcomed back. My van needed several new parts and I was given a great price and fast service. When it came to pick up my van, I called Joey with a dilemma. My husband had been on his way to pay or the repairs when he himself was in an auto accident. I had no way of getting to the shop with my 3 kids to get to my husband. I certainly was in full panic mode. I called Joey to tell him I wasn't going to be able to make it in and instead of telling me good luck, he offered to send one of his techs to come get me in my van. Leon arrived within minutes and saved the day. Not only did I get my van back, I was able to get to my husband and take him to the hospital. When I tell you that this is what customer service is all about I am not kidding. I worked in the hotel hospitality industry for 20 years training associates on how to deliver out of the ordinary customer service. If Joey had applied to my hotels back in the day I would not have hesitated to hire him. He not only got me out of jam, he fixed my van quickly with expertise knowledge and did it with a smile. Will be returning...not only because of this event, but also because I can trust Joey, Rob and the team there. Great work gentlemen! I look forward to my van breaking again so I can come back!

Scam artists. Brought my car which was giving me no trouble at all to them for a quick safety inspection. 30 min later the guy at the front tells me my car has failed for a power steering leak and a new one would be over 409$ and labor would over 200$ and other bs totalling over 2000$ I'm now going to be late on getting my car inspected and they will be receiving a letter of intent after I got a real mechanic to inspect it and only find a leaking power steering line

Had to go here for emergency alternator change & even though they did it at the time even in after hours. They installed a refurbished one telling me they don't make new ones anymore for my car(which costed 2x more than the new one for my car). That one stopped working in 3 months so i took in the car for warrantee. And even though they installed another refurbished one suddenly the guy was like Ohh we can install new one if you pay 300 more(900 total). I waited 6hrs for the alternator to come & get installed at the end he is like the wire to alternator is corroded so next time you come we will have to replace that wire with the alternator for warrantee. & don't even get 1yr warranty on this "new" install.

I am very upset and disappointed with Precision Auto. My car had an emission system problem, and I scheduled an appointment through the RepairPal website. This shop is listed as part of the Headstart Warranty Group network, so I expected them to handle the repair properly. When I arrived at the scheduled time, they said they couldn’t take my car right then. I still left it there for diagnostic and repair. After the diagnostic, they told me they can’t fix the issue and that I should take it to the Honda dealership instead — but they still charged me a diagnostic fee.If they are not able to repair the problem, they should not be listed as an authorized network shop for that warranty company. It makes no sense to accept the job, charge the customer, and then refuse to fix the issue. This was my worst experience ever with an auto repair shop. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

Took my truck in to get the valve cover gaskets done truck was in the bay. About five minutes. They told me the vacuum pump is what was leaking. They replaced the vacuum pump instead of the valve covers here. It is two weeks later. I still smell burning oil it still smokes and there is a puddle on my concrete. Zero out of 10 I do not recommend

I’ve now gotten NC inspections on 2 separate vehicles on 2 separate occasions. Each time I have been met by the most friendly, well humored guys. They were able to get my vehicles in & out super fast for the inspections at a reasonable price! (Also, it smells quite nice in the seating area.)
