These folks did a great job on my car. I did some damage to the bumper and the hood needed work. The car came back looking good as new and they were incredibly nice to deal with. I’m hoping I don’t bash into any more rocks in the near future but I will absolutely use them again if needed and tell my friends about them.

After stopping at two different auto body shops to get an estimate on paper (which one place just said to me leave your car here we'll take care of it and the second giving me one without much detail of the repairs it need it on it) I did what my insurance agent recommended... go to Crossroads. He was so nice to call them and let them know I was on my way, they treated me so nice, LOVELY!! and the same with my car the car looks like nothing happen!!!! my family couldn't tell the difference as to how it was before the accident happen. I absolutely recommend this place!! they do a great job and take care of their clients!! THANK YOU CROSSROADS!!!!

What an awesome auto shop!!! Jim was so helpful after my accident. He gave me the lowdown on the process of repairing a car after a major accident. He gave me information on what to do and what not to do with my insurance company. It was overall a good experience. The only thing that I was slightly displeased with was my car took almost 45 days to repair. I then had a major bill with the rental car for taxes and fees my insurance company would not cover, which I have submitted for reimbursement to the other insurance company, thanks to Jim's advice! Also, if you want to speak to them, head right to the shop. Sometimes the phone is busy. I still gave them 5 stars because despite the above, they were AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend

My truck needed out of the ordinary repairs and is 20 years old. They went above and beyond to fix everything and made it look like it just came out of the showroom! Jim and Dani treated me like family and the guys that worked on it did an impeccable job! The truck has been in my family since new, I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done!! Highly recommend 👍🏻😊

I've unfortunately ( hahaha) been a customer of Crossroads for years now. They've fixed my work vehicles and a few sedans. Just today I picked up my 2012 Toyota Camry that had a dented-in trunk. What I wanted to say is that this is an outstanding place to do business! The folks there are as honest as the day is long. They do what they say they'll do for the price quoted. No ifs, ands or buts. What more does any customer need. You'll be treated like family here!

We were on a road trip from Tampa to Connecticut when my husband hit a road hazard outside of Jacksonville and damaged the front end of our new Mazda. We taped the bumper together with Gorilla tape and managed to get to Connecticut without further incidence but we did not want to drive back to Tampa with a damaged front end. We called Jim at Crossroads to see if he could help us, but he said he was booked until the end of July. However, he offered to look at the damage to see what could be done. Well, not only did he tell us that he could repair the damage, but he gave us a very reasonable estimate and was able to get the repair done in the week that we were in Connecticut. Jim and his team did a wonderful job on our Mazda and because they were so accommodating, the drive back to Tampa was stress-free. We highly recommend Crossroads Auto Body if you have a car in need of auto body repair.

I was introduced to Crossroads a few months ago after my vehicle was hit. The repairs and service. from Crossroads were top notch. I recently returned with a small issue on my Subaru bumper. I was shown the same personal interest and attention to detail. Crossroads is my go to!

Super friendly manager and receptionist. They helped me do some light touch up work and I was in and out quick! He didn’t charge me either which was confusing and amazing. This is the place to go. The Mazda dealership also outsources their painting work to these guys and I can completely see why. Best experience I’ve had outside a dealership.

I had tree branch damage on my car roof - called Jim - he asked me to bring my car in. He and his team Danielle / Tony / his guys did a phenomenal job - there were a couple of issues - but no problem I brought the car back and he took care of all the issues. Excellent service - excellent people. Jim and team were always courteous / extremely professional and always ready to go beyond to help.

As a Collectible Car Broker I'm very particular where I have my repairs done-both Cosmetically and Mechanically. Jim and his team was up for the challenge after being rear ended he was able to make the repair indistinguishable from before the hit and run. Once back up on my feet I'll be back bringing another beauty for some small touch-ups!

If I wasn’t rear ended, you’d have a tough time convincing me that this car was in an accident. The work that Jim and his team did was fantastic. They couldn’t have been more helpful or friendlier. I was out of town when the car was finished and they dropped it off to my dad at his office, which was a huge convenience. When I got back into town, I noticed the bumper was a little loose, I brought it back in and It was fixed before end of day, no extra charges or hassle. Crossroads is the only place I’d recommend for auto body work in the area.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of my mint 2004 Honda Element getting into a fender bender while it was parked. A neighbor highly recommended Crossroads Auto Body, and I couldn’t be happier that I followed their advice. As someone who has never had to use auto insurance before, I was nervous about the process. Jim and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about how insurance companies and adjusters work, and they guided me step-by-step through everything. Their experience made the process stress-free. Finding OEM parts for a 20-year-old Element is no easy task, but Jim knew exactly how to track them down. One of the most impressive details was how he handled an extremely hard-to-find fog light that’s been discontinued for years—he was able to restore the lens to look as if it just came brand new from the factory. The results speak for themselves: my Honda looks like nothing ever happened to it. The quality of work, the attention to detail, and the professionalism at Crossroads Auto Body are second to none. Highly recommend Jim and his team—Crossroads truly delivers a five-star experience!

*** I didn't even make it past the waiting room... *** I called earlier and spoke to Danielle, I had asked about an estimate on some paint damage repair, she seemed knowledgeable and informative so I decided to stop by and told her I'd be there shortly. Upon arriving, I enter the main reception building and see that the receptionist was finishing up with the person before me. Or so I thought, I entered with a greeting of just eye contact with the receptionist without breaking conversation with the person in front of me. I sat down to wait my turn, however, after sitting there for a couple of minutes, I overhear her talking about another customer and complaining about his personal affairs to the woman in front of me (who I thought was a customer but had a large clipboard in her hands and talking about lists so, unsure) including about his insurance and running into other topics un-related to the services they provide. I sat for about 5 minutes before a guy from the garage enters and asks if I was being helped, I kindly said "I'm waiting, but I haven't been helped yet", stands there for a bit trying to get the attention of the receptionist while also joining in some banter between her and the customer before leaving but at no point responds to me, helps me or confirms that someone will be with me shortly. Just simply walks away. I sat there for another 15 minutes before thinking at any point, these two ladies will stop chatting, as all I heard where complaints from the receptionist. Not only was this in poor taste of customer service to not acklowdge the person coming in or stepping in when you see another receptionist is busy, but to smack talk other people and insurance companies and continuing other conversations unrelated to the service was completely unnecepatable. I understand that people will chat here and there, I'm guilty of small talk myself, but to spend over 15 minutes in a knee deep conversation about completely unrelated topics with, I believe someone else who works there is outrageous. I gave it about 2 more minutes, when I saw that the lady with the clipboard who I assumed was a customer, slide towards the other side of the counter towards the exit when suddenly they started a whole new conversation! I decided to silently stand up and walk out the door. Not once was I acknowledged by any of the staff. I was recommended to them by a different mechanic shop and saw all of the amazing reviews so I was honestly looking forward to working with them but I'm beyond disappointed.

I originally wrote a review but since deleted it. The repairs were good, the overall experience wasn’t good at all. Customer service just doesn’t exist anymore. When I originally dropped off my car at Crossroads they called Enterprise in Bethel to pick me up while at the office they rejected my ID and I couldn’t get a rental so I had to go back to Cross roads to pick my car and reschedule the next week. I went to the Enterprise on Federal Road with the same ID that I gave the Bethel Enterprise with no issues so why would one Enterprise accept my ID and the other wouldn’t? When I finally dropped off my car I asked the owner when she thought I would be able to pick up my car she replied by next week. The repairs I needed were basic it was just a hood and bumper replacement it took two months to complete. Between my insurance and Crossroads I was receiving conflicting stories as to what was really happening with my car. I’m a driver who needed his car for part time work and taking two months for basic repairs put me in a financial bind. I have used Crossroads in the past and am at a loss for the service I received a year ago. To have conflicting stories from an autobody shop and an insurance company is never good customer service. The back of my hatch in my car was a complete mess sand and dirt all over the place. Just confused as to how basic repairs can turn into such an odyssey filled with conflicting stories.

We were in such a stressful situation after an accident, especially with me being very pregnant. Danielle truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She made sure our new car had the best parts and outcome, kept us updated every step of the way, and treated us like family. Our car looks brand new again! Getting into an accident right before welcoming a baby is overwhelming, but Danielle made the entire process smooth and reassuring. It meant the world to have someone who genuinely cared about our safety and getting our car back to us as quickly and perfectly as possible. We are so grateful for her hard work, attention to detail, and compassion. If you ever need body work done, Danielle and the team at Crossroads are the people to trust—thank you for taking such great care of our family! 🤍

Jim and Danielle were an absolute pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. After a horrible collision left me dealing with a stressful insurance situation, they made the process so much easier. I can’t speak to the final repair outcome since the insurance company ultimately deemed my car a total loss, but based on my experience with them, I have no doubt it would have been handled perfectly. Highly recommend.
