Worst Mazda Service experience in my life. I have owned Mazda for 20 years. I always used New Rochelle Mazda, then I moved to North westcester and try Colonial twice. I will never go back. Everything is long delay and excuses. I went to Palisades after my experience at Colonial and they are 1000 times better.

This was my second visit, and it was a disappointment. I had the 15,000 mile service package and asked if someone could check why my windshield wiper fluid doesn’t work- a basic safety issue since I’ve had to pull over and pour water on my windshield just to see, which I told them. The employee said no and that he didn’t want to stay past 4:00pm (I dropped my car off at 11:30am and was able to pick it up at 1:00pm). Instead, I was told to reschedule and pay a $170 diagnostic fee for something that could have been checked while my car was already there. The only decent interaction I’ve had was with Cody in sales. I would not recommend this service department.
