This place is beyond amazing! I was in an auto accident and needed repairs. The original shop I was referred to was closed, and after dealer recommended next level auto, the rest was history! If I could give them 10 starts I would. It was a great experience I had to use next level twice in a matter of a few months. I hit a big deer and had alot of damage to the front of my car. When I went to pick up my car when it was done I was so happy with the job they did. It looked better than brand new. After about 2 weeks I hit another a deer and had damage again to the front that they had just repaired. I was so embarrassed. When I picked up my car for the 2nd time it was in showroom condition as well. They really do a great job! Edwin was a pleasure to work, always keeping me up to date on my car. Thank you again!!!

Anyone who has required body work on their vehicle knows how stressful this can be. My recent experience with Next Level Auto Body help to minimize some of my stress. They explained exactly what my repair options were and explored several different approaches (highlighting different price points.) They diligently worked on my vehicle to have it back to me in the shortest amount of time. The staff was always professional and provided me with accurate information , and most importantly accurate time frames for my repairs. Their excellent customer service arranged to have my vehicle towed from NYC to Connecticut, then delivered it brand new to my doorstep…WOW, talk about making it easy! I hope you never have a fender bender with your car, but if you do, you will not regret working with Next Level Auto Body.
