They came to the hotel and did the front windshield the only thing is there is the corner molding is falling off it wasn't clipped on other then that it's all good no leaks

I would pay them NOT to touch my windshield. Did everything wrong you could think of. Guy was late. Glass is warped. Adhesive everywhere. Severed the sprayer lines. Leaks, a lot; rains in the car when wet. Edit: I have contacted them again regarding this, and they replaced the windshield again, correctly, professionally, with none of the original mistakes, and at no charge. Was 1 star, upped to 3 since they made it right, but still had to have them do it twice.

Left a mess of my car, did not put any of the stickers back on the windshield and damaged some of my property. When I called to complain they told me they don't worry about damaged property and that I should just clean the mess up. They left glue all over the windshield, black dust all over my car, and caused damaged. Another Glass Installer determined that Arrow installed the windshield improperly and Arrow refuses to pay the cost of the windshield. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was hung up on...3 times! BUYER BEWARE. This is not even the extent of problems with Arrow. One other thing worth mentioning is that their tech insisted I overpay him by $10. The only thing worse than this company is their employees.

In Sep 2009, my car was hit by a store shopping cart. My whole window was shattered. Safelite was called but never showed up. Arrow Glass did show up and did an amazing job! When my car's front window was broke due to a storm in April of 2022, I called Arrow Glass and was not disappointed they're fabulous!!!

I had my Jeep Wrangler windshield replaced. The gentleman was on time, professional and used Mopar materials to replace. He even waited with my vehicle for the 15 minutes for it to ‘set’ before driving while I grabbed a bite to eat at the local diner. Very pleased!

There is no commitment. I took the day off to wait for them to replace the windshield on my truck, but they cancelled because the technician had a dentist. I stopped my work equipment for this and they did not do the contracted work.
