Always helpful... they tell me what needs to happen with my car, but don't pressure me. This visit was a "surprise" visit for a very minor item that just needed to be addressed to keep driving without something hitting my wheel... the service representative looked at it and handled it on the floor of the service entry and sent me on my way with a "Happy Thanksgiving"... felt like the type of personalized service that you typically only expect from a smaller service station. I find myself wanting to go there for my more "regular service" items... basic oil changes etc., because I see the similar faces and they feel high integrity. :)

Our family purchased a pre-owned 2015 CRV from this dealership a few years back and we take this car into this center usually every 6 months or 5K miles for the standard oil/filter change and tire rotation. The service people at the desks are pretty attentive and answer a lot of questions in a succinct and helpful manner. Reed was great with this. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and even the AI was programmed well. The parts and labor are close to standard price when it comes to plugs, belts, brakes, and other parts and services so nothing expensive nor cheap here. The one caveat that needs lots of consistent improvement are the wait times. Perhaps other people take a 2nd car and just drop their car off and pick it up at a later date. I live in Wilton, so it’s an hour round trip just driving there and our schedules don’t align to do this. It took over 1.5 hours for just a standard oil/filter change and tire rotation which is a lot longer than it should take. They do have a decent waiting area where I got some stuff done but every time I go in there’s a good 7-10 people sitting there already. It ends up being a multi-hour event every time I have to get something done and it can just be draining. I understand they’re backlogged, but appointments should be more efficient and they should prioritize quick and simple maintenance over doing it after longer, more in depth repairs requiring multiple parts.

This was my first visit to Danbury, occasioned by the fact that I was not happy with the service at the dealership where I bought the car. This service department is top-notch, head and shoulders above the other and even surpassing another Honda shop that serviced my previous Honda model in anothe state. It is well-staffed, friendly, well-organized, with extremely effective communication and a welcoming, comfortable waiting room with good coffee. For the same price that I would have paid at the other dealership for an oil-change only, they did a 6-point inspection and tire rotation. They also surprised me by washing my car! I loved the video that the service technician sent me of the tire and brake inspection. Tony was delightful to work with. I got his contact information from the service authorization and invoicing e-documents and was able to send him a follow-up question, to which he responded promptly. Excellent all around!

Went in for service for the first time. My service advisor, Chris, was very resourceful and knowledgeable. Reassured me of everything and put my anxiety at ease. Greg, the technician, looked over everything and even recorded me a video to show me areas he was concerned about and that needed attention. A nice report was printed out with every detailed information pertaining to the areas that my car needs servicing on. Very professional and courteous staff. Service was friendly and honest. Client representative took pictures of issue and discussed what may have contributed to them so it can be avoided in future as well as multiple plans for repair. Chose repairs based on honest assessment of risk and openness to answr questions. Waiting area comfortable and clean with areas to work at while waiting. Will definitely return to this Honda service repair in future.
