I wasn’t going to post a review but finding the things I’m going to list below I decided to do so. It took almost 2 months to get my car fixed by them just for it to have to go back because it wasn’t right. Later finding out after getting it back the second time Instead of replacing broken parts like my grill, grill mount and front emblem they just glued things back together. Put my grill on with half of the clips broken, used double sided tape to put my emblem back on that also had broken clips because it broke off from the accident and did a horrible job trying to piece together one of the mounts that holds the grill on with what looks like tape because it clearly didn’t work. Not to mention that a few of my body panel fasteners are missing under the hood.

Ultimate Restoration did a fantastic job on my car after I hit a deer. The front-end was pretty well damaged, and there were internal engine problems that made the car unsafe to drive. I had it towed to Ultimate Restoration, and it was repaired quickly and professionally. When I received my car back, it looked like nothing ever happened, and my car has been running smoothly for months now. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!

very bad work and horrible person i was promised a new light never got it, took him him 6 months to replace 3 doors and a fender and fix bumper brackets unbelievable i would never recommend

My son got in an accident in January. He was recommended. Lou said bring in and he’ll be able to fix it. Well after being there since February 2023. Still haven’t gotten his car back. Going back & forth with calling him and finding out what’s going on with the car, constant excuses. Says he can’t find anyone to work and claims he’s been working longs hour days. Ok not my problem. Making promises he can’t keep. Telling my son he’ll call him when he doesn’t call back. Insurance company is also calling him a lot. Lou said there was extensive damage so that’s why it isn’t done. I’m ready to an attorney or cops to get the car. If I could give him a minus I would. I WANT THIS CAR DONE!!! I highly recommend not going there for your car needs.
