Showed up spur of the moment to get a brake light fixed. Got immediate service and a good experience (and price!). Thanks!

When you see the prices for the cars, you'll think they are joking. I cant speak for the customer service, I'd take a guess and say it's good, but the prices they ask for those old cars actually upsets me.

This place is a scammer, he said he will call for the price first before they do something in my car, unfortunately he called us and said it’s done and they gave us unfair price. Never again in this place. Don’t come here, you will regret too for sure.

I did not even want to give one star but I was forced to in order to leave a review. The owner Bill Asmar is a sleeze ball. BEWARE do not EVER buy a car from him! He sells cars that he clears codes on when they have real problems and that he just doesn’t want to fix. I bought a car from him and 1 month into it I have already spent $2500 to fix stuff! He is a shyster and the most dishonest human being! Please do not ever go to him for work or to buy cars! Take your money elsewhere!

Had some difficulty finding a responsive repair shop during the quarantine. Gave them a call about an issue with my car not starting and Bill came promptly to check it out and sorted the issue in my garage then offered to take the car in for a more thorough service. Car rides better now than before. They have a new customer.

**Scammer Alert** *Disappointing Experience at Mutal Motors* 1/5 Stars I recently visited Mutal Motors on Mill Plain in Danbury to address a persistent issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and unproductive. *Problem Not Addressed* Instead of diagnosing and fixing the actual problem, the mechanics replaced my battery without consulting me, claiming it was the root cause. However, I knew this wasn't the issue and explained it to them. Despite my concerns, they refused to listen. *Lack of Transparency and Communication* The shop's communication was poor, and they seemed unwilling to take responsibility. They insisted that the problem was resolved, despite clear evidence to the contrary. I showed them the ongoing issue, but they dismissed my concerns. *Unreliable Service* The mechanics seemed more interested in making unnecessary repairs than resolving the actual problem. Their reluctance to acknowledge and address the issue raises concerns about their professionalism and integrity. *Not Recommended* If you value your time and money, avoid Mutal Motors. Consider alternative options, even if it means paying a bit more. My experience suggests that this shop prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. *Key Issues* 1. Misdiagnosis and unnecessary repairs 2. Poor communication and lack of transparency 3. Unwillingness to listen to customer concerns 4. Unreliable service *Advice* Look elsewhere for reliable and trustworthy mechanics. Location: Mutal Motors, Mill Plain, Danbury

I could not be happier with the service I have received from mutual motors. Bill the owner has been excellent with me. And very reasonable on the prices. I bought a used car from him and he fixed a couple of problems I had immediately without charge. Even though I bought the car as is. Later other repairs I needed were we're done promptly and with great workmanship. The mechanic Santos is one of the best mechanics I've ever met. I trust Santos a thousand percent and this is the only mechanic I will go to now. I highly recommend mutual motors. These guys are so reasonable and so easy to deal with they stand behind their work and like I said Santos the mechanic he's just such a decent nice guy and a great mechanic.

Scammer. Bought a car here with Bill in the late spring of 2025 and have had nothing but trouble in 4 months. Almost $8000 in repairs over 4 different issues... Would have been well over $10K if we had gone to the dealer. Bill's mechanic, on his site, suggested we go elsewhere on the 1st repair. He wanted nothing to do with this car. Bill gave us $800 and asked us to repair the first issue elsewhere. He's not returned calls since, for all the other issues. Nightmare. We're not a wealthy family. Bad news.
