Uriel and the folks at American Auto Collisions were incredibly helpful. Though it was the end of the day and many of them had gone home, they took my call and were quick to the scene after I was hit by a semi. My car was totaled, but they went out of their way to ensure that I was safe and that my losses were handled fairly by insurance. Very good people--would 100% recommend AAC.

Uriel and his guys did an excellent job painting the bumper and getting the rims refinished on our CR-V at a very fair price. The paint is an exact match and the work was completed in 2 days as promised. They waxed the car, dressed the plastic trim and even cleaned up the interior. I highly recommend American Collision Repair. I've been driving in CT since 1978 and this is the best body shop experience I've had.

They were able to do a repair of a part rather than replace it which saved me$1000 It was done promptly when promised. The brother who run the place are straight forward . I had hit ice while driving to work, and the front of my car/bumper was completely messed up. I was able to drop my car off, and have it completely fixed within 2 weeks. The car looked brand new and clean, and I was able to talk with them throughout the whole process to keep open lines of communication. They gave me a great deal-- very, very inexpensive. I couldn't recommend them more, 10/10 no doubts.
