My wife was driving home in a downpour and had an issue with my trucks wiper blades. She stopped into O’Reilly Auto Parts and was helped by Rich who got her the correct part and even went out in the pouring rain to change the wiper blades!!! She was so thankful and wanted to make sure he was mentioned for his service and kindness! Thanks!

I went to the store for something as simple as wiper blades and happened to mention it was my first time in an O’Reilly’s. That’s when the staff became so nice and helpful. Not only did they help me find the most cost effective pair but they installed them and gave me a couple little gifts. Good job guys!

Robinson at this O'Reilly's location was BEYOND AMAZING!! He came out to my car to test my battery and my alternator. Both checked out but then car was not starting quickly. He got me a new battery and so glad he did! That was the problem! Saved me a huge headache and repair bill and tow. He also recommended an auto repair shop. Great Job!

Well I've been here a few times but won't be coming back. I was going to purchase some coolant. I walked in with two gallons that I needed to recycle. But they do not recycle coolant even though they sell it. I was under the impression that auto parts stores had to recycle liquids if they sold them. This is why auto liquids get poured outside or into the sewer system.

Went to O'Riellys last week, had a check engine light on. I just asked the gentleman behind the counter if he knew what it could be, he immediately went to my car diagnosed my problem told me the parts to get and where to go to get it fixed. I asked him some questions a whole ago and he was great, o'Riellys is my go to store forever now. They are so different from some of the other parts places of can't wait to get rid of you. With David it's polite, precise, and never condensending. I'Rielly' s good choice on David.
