I invested alot of money to get mods n fixes there n the work is good but on the courtesy of letting me know about problems with my order was straight unprofessional made me wait an extra 2 weeks to the point i got my money returned n had to order my wheel myself. Then askedif they wud install the wheel i ordered to the tire i bought through them n i get shoulder shrugs n talk to the boss who is never there. I feel Crow City played me this time around n was unprofessional with letting customers know n keeping them posted on merchandise if there is a problem. Not happy with my latest experience with them.

I stopped in their store to inquire if they sold a particular FOB for my truck. Two of the employees were engaged in working on projects for their customers. It was greeted right away by one of the men and was told that he would be right with me. It turned out that he not only had the FOB in stock but he made the time to program it for me. I was very impressed with my experience and will be going back soon. I recently purchased an old F150 truck that I plan to restore and will need some after market assessories installed. They were easy to do business with and i am happy I can support another business in my community.

I went here to inquire about having the windows tinted on my bmw 750. He took a look at my car and recommended that I not get my windows tinted. The door panels on the bmw are very wide and would need to be taken off. He said it would be likely they would squeak and possibly have other issues. He said it would be a good possibility the wood grain trim could crack. He said if it were his car, he just wouldn’t do it. I appreciate this so much, rather than just trying to grab my money. These people seem very honest and will definitely have my business in the future. Go check it out, the showroom is really nice. It’s much larger than you would think and they have lots of nice rims and other accessories on display.

Got my windows tinted here. It only took them 2.5/3 hours which was surprising it was so quick. Everyone was polite and upfront. When choosing tint level everything was explained, and after care too. Was also cheaper than expecting. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been wanting to get black rims for my escape. I had ask a good friend if he knew a good place that had a good selection of rims. My good friend Brandon suggested “ CROW CITY”. One day , I decided to stop by and have a look. I stopped by and once I came threw the doors, a gentleman introduced himself to me Shane (owner) and notice other gentlemen who worked there, also said hello. I was amazed of the selection of rims on the wall. Shane came over ask me what I was interested in and showed me a very good amount of magazines to look threw. I’ll admit I was overwhelmed due to all these vehicle rims that were dope!! I had finally found what I wanted, then I paid a deposit ( which is understandable). Three weeks had pasted soI knew more or less when my order was coming in. I happen to be heading home, I had decided to stoped in to see by any chance my rims had arrived. The owner told me they had just arrived earlier that day.The owner stated to me he hadn’t had a chance to go thru his shipment which I understood totally. 😁 I booked for a day to have my new rims placed on. Then the day came to drop off my escape, I went home. Before I knew it CROW CITY had call me to tell me my escape was ready to be picked up! I was so shocked how fast my escape was done and looking “amazing”!! Compared to my experiences over the years, I would definitely go back and recommend my family and friends to go CROW CITY MOTORING!! Thank you Shane and your guys!!
