The last of the best. This is what customer service is supposed to be. In the current days of endless phone menus and unreturned emails, it's so refreshing to walk into a shop and talk to the people that are going to fix the problem. First class operation and owner. I brought in an alternator from my boat I believed was defective. The owner tested it in front of me on the spot and showed me that it was working fine and helped me determine that it was a simple wire connection. This saved me over $500 on a replacement and the owner refused to take any money for the diagnostic. I had Ubered to his shop and he even offered to drive me back. Skip buying cheap stuff on the internet or getting hosed by mechanics who fabricated problems and shop at a first class operation like this. Thank you to the owner and team who took care of me.

This father and son buisness is by far the best place to go when your having an issues with the charging system in your car or truck. I brought my 2002 ford explorer, and Dennis the father was so knowledgeable and fair priced that i was upset i didn't bring my truck in to them sooner, they should be your first stop. Very professional and courteous. Dropped off a pulled alternator but needed to use my ride so put in another but after some problems with a "new" one from elsewhere I went back and picked up the one they had and it looks brand new! Looking forward to going back to Lou & Sons for any electrical issues. Honestly their attitude and manners is what won me over above all else. So hard to find nice folks now a days.

These guys completely wowed me right from the beginning, removed the alternator myself and brought it to them ,they knew what car it came from without me telling them just by looking at it , they verified it was bad before even working on it , they rebuilt the whole thing the same day , the attention to detail they have when rebuilding is incredible! They pretty much restored it back to factory if not better ! Thanks to the guys over there , they are really good at what they do! New lifetime customer!
