He tried to rip me off he broke pieces on my motor left my car unlocked I had left sodas and water in my car his employees were drinking my water and my soda that I left the car the things I had in my car got stolen because he left it unlocked and all I asked him was to put my car on the machine so I can find out what was wrong with it and he tried to charge me $400 I got mad when I told him I wasn't paying it I had two keys to my car I had to go over there and steal my own car because he thought he was going to make me pay that $400 I'll see wasn't going to give me my key stay away from this place he's been doing this for years and never got caught until now

Bought an automobile From them .They did some minor repairs and 1 major repair. They did not fix everything that was wrong with this SUV. I complaind constantly and there was always an excuse (he was always on vacation or doing something in California). When I got the title in the mail I found out it was a SALVAGE TITLE! They did not inform me of this when I bought it. I had a remote start installed and also had part of it painted. They said it was not a SALVAGE TILE and applied for another title, that too came back as a SALVAGE TITLE! They offered me my money buck but not the money I spent on the remmote start or the paint. I will say one good thing, the dealer was very friendly...

Above and Beyond - the shop is very busy, but they’re upfront about scheduling. Sometimes the parts or troubleshooting takes longer, but that’s all understandable. My family has been going here for four years now, and we not only trust the mechanics, but the process it sometimes takes to get the job done right. They specialize in both foreign and domestic cars. Great work on Volkswagens.

Safe your money go somewhere else!!! He had my car for 2 weeks, and he didn’t do anything!!! He asked me for $800 deposit telling me if i gave him the money he was going to order the part on the same day...im like okay... i had called him a few days after...” Nelson hows my car? Hugo “ i was going to call you back , tomorrow will be done for sure... tomorrow came...NADA got done... and Tomorrow and tomorrow... I just had enough and took my car to other mechanic!!!!

2014 bmw 750li. .....Spent $2800 two separate times to fix the same problem. The second time they said I had water damage and it caused water damage to electrical parts. They fixed it, two weeks later same problem. My car was parked in my garage nightly before I brought it to them. I got my car back with a very strong smell of mold. This is after they had my car for two months. They left one of my windows open or sun roof open. Every time I called I got the run around , almost like they was waiting for the mold smell to go away. Never fixed the problem driving around with every dash light possible on. Would not recommend this place. This post is the only post I've ever sent. So don't think I'm sending this to slander anyone, just being honest.

I was referred to Nelson’s but I had visited quite a few other dealerships prior to this one. I was very nervous about making a bad decision because I tend to be impulsive when I’m excited and running on emotion. It was, for this reason that I made sure to shop around. I had never before spent so much money on a vehicle before and I was super excited! I tend to be impulsive. It was super clear to me, as soon as I walked into Nelson’s dealership lot , that it was not the same. They weren’t feeding off my emotions, telling me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. They did everything for me and I drove my new car home that day. (February 2022) Today, it’s July 23, 2022 and I have had no issues but a broken power steering belt that broke. It was super easy and cheap to replace. I’d recommend them to anyone

If he cant fix it no one can. Not only top notch repair service but he also offers a variety of used cars to fit anyone's needs. I can’t recommend nobody to leave their cars in this shop because he’s dishonest disrespectful mean unpolite very expensive for very small jobs. He charge me 550.00 to welding a piece of flexible pipe and 2 little repairs. Unprofessional. Overpriced took so long. Please listen carefully my advice. Thanks
