Had my 2024 GV70 brought to Crown Genesis (2-23-26) because of a nail in the tire! The nail was close to the sidewall and the tire needed to be replaced. Luckily I have the tire and wheel warranty so there was zero cost! Drake, my service advisor, had my car back to me within 2-3 hours. Drake had my car detailed and washed for me when I came to pick it up, no charge at all for anything! The service at Crown Genesis is always top-notch and Drake is a great service advisor!

I had a really good experience here at Crown Hyundai/Genesis! I had a chip on my shoulder when I walked in, because you know car dealerships. Crown Hyundai/Genesis is not like that at all. I had a very smooth, and somewhat expedited customer service experience beginning with my sales representative Steve Bednar (very nice, informative and pays attention to the details), then to John, my finance person (Incredible! And didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, as well as answered a bunch of questions - honestly and with integrity, and then with Drake in service. I honestly did not think this was possible with a dealership. If you need a car, this is the place to get it! I drove 40 miles to this specific dealership and I will be coming back to them for any future vehicles and all my service. Crown Hyundai has changed the game for dealerships! I only hope that more dealerships follow suit. Thank you for the new, awesome and completely unexpected great service and experience of buying a car!

Casandra handled the valet service for my annual service. She was excellent getting the valet set up and then delivered back to my home address Santiago Was the employee who picked up my car and brought it back My car was detailed and looked beautiful. Santiago also showed me how to set up my driver seat selection to where it would remain at seat one. I’ve had an issue with it since I purchased it a year ago. My new Genesis came with a three year maintenance and oil change plan. This was one of the three years. Thank you, Crown Hundai for a wonderful job

Terrific experience once again at the Crown Service Department. Drake Alexander was my service advisor and he was fantastic. Highly professional and a great guy as well. He had ordered the new parts and after they arrived he contacted me immediately and got me an appointment at the exact time I needed. He then told me how long he expected it to take and he updated me several times during the service. After, he explained what had been done and told me to call anytime I had issues. Also got a chance to say hello to my favorite, fantastic sales agent, Jennifer Irvin; she's a superstar and one of the nicest people ever. You'd be remiss if you didn't look her up when you're in the market. Crown Genesis Sales and Service - fantastic!

When purchasing a GV70 EV from this dealership. We specifically discussed the Valet pickup that comes with the vehicle. I’ve called 5x in the past 3 weeks without any returned call. It wasn’t until leaving a vm that I’d leave a bad review that my call was returned. At this time, the service manager said I’m outside the service area (searching the time during rush hour). He suggested I check with Sarasota, but I live in Tampa. He later suggested I check the new location in Tampa, which I explained I’ve already done and that they’re not certified to work on EVs. He then asked if there was anything else he could help with. Extremely rude and short, while not trying to resolve any problem. I’d avoid this dealership at all costs. They don’t honor their commitments, have no communication, and follow it up with an extremely unprofessional conversation. Attached is the photo showing the 33 mile route that Crown Genesis is claiming takes 1hr and 10 minutes. Therefore, we can certainly add dishonest to the description.

Very impressed with the kindness, personal, and professional experience I had with service team member Casandra Rancourt when I bought my Genesis vehicle in for service and software recall. The service department met all needs and detailed my vehicle ( exceptional job btw) and provided an uber for me from dealership and back to pick up vehicle. Also while I was here last year I purchased a paint touch up applicator and after two attempts the applicator quit working. The parts manager replaced the applicator at no cost. 5 stars for this dealership service and a beyond and above experience of the service representative Casandra Rancourt!!!!

Crown has been nothing but great with my GV60. I've had a couple of things that were covered under warranty and the process to get it fixed was smooth. Cassandra is awesome. She is always making sure whatever needs to be done fits with my schedule. Go to Crown and ask for her! Also the Uber service they use as their shuttle has been fantastic. Will be bringing my car back whenever I need something.
