My car was done quickly and everyone was quite friendly and polite. I want to thank Christopher Murray for going above and beyond with my car. I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe from Crown Hyundai. With only 1400 miles on it the transmission and powertrain already needed to be replaced. It took a month to get all the work done. Chris made sure that I got a loaner .When I went to pick up my car, it was in pristine condition. If you ever need service at Crown, make sure you ask for Chris. He will do an amazing job.

I've gone I believe 3 times to Crown to have my car serviced. I had Kevin Gitzen as my contact. I left him 3 messages about my vehicle and finally got in touch with him because he answered the phone. Upon talking with him he didn't seem care about answering messages. I set up an appointment and Christopher Murray became my service contact. I told him about the occurrence and was glad I had someone who cared about the customer. Chris was very professional and he told me he returns messages because he cares about the customer. Chris told me what I needed for my Santa Fe to make sure everything was up to date. Chris explain everything and why it was needed. If I met every customer service who I come in contact with was like Chris customers would be happy and have no complaints.
