I had been sent there by carmax where I bought the car advising me that they maybe able to look at my issue I was having with my bumper because it may take them 2-3 hours. I went there & they were very pleasant to work with, however they said they were very backed up & need my car for a day or 2. Seeing this is my only car I wouldn't be able to do the work needed with them & said even if they do anything at all it wouldn't be what carmax advised me what needed to be done. The only thing they would d I is glue things back on. Carmax said it needed to be taken apart & put back together adding a couple new parts. So while they were very nice to work with they had different ways to just do a "work around"for what really needed to be done.

This building is next to IMPOSSIBLE to find in normal traffic, even when there's nobody on the road. There is never parking available. It's not a very safe location to pull out of due to the speed of normal traffic and limited visibility. On to the business itself-- I had a VERY rough estimate done on my BMW, which is what I was expecting and that's totally okay. They were prompt to take a quick look at the cosmetic repair needs of my vehicle. They were brutally honest on the extensive labor involved. I really appreciated that.

I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and was referred by a friend to check out Xtreme Restorations. I couldn't be happier with the work they've done! I had gotten 2 other quotes from local body shops in the Tampa area, both of which were more than $1500 more and said that the job would take a minimum of two weeks. These guys did an incredible job in half the time! Very professional as they kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Also, conveniently located is an Enterprise car rental directly across the street where you can receive a discount if you're getting work done at this shop. Everything worked out great! Definitely recommend!

I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and it's the first model where the lumbar support cannot be retracted or removed. I have lordosis (lower part of my spine pushes forward) so the lumbar support pushing on my lower back was extremely painful. After 4 different places said they could not fix it because of the airbags, I was referred by a friend to this place. They were so nice, understood exactly what I needed. My seat was fixed within 3 hours, I picked it up and they didn't charge me, they wanted to me to try it first. I drove it over the weekend, and I still needed more padding removed. So I took it back the following week and within 2 hours it was fixed, and now my back pain is gone. And the price was very good. I will refer all my friends to this place. And a plus is that everyone is super nice and they are all very personable.

This company went above and beyond on the work they did for my f150. The price was 3x cheaper than what 4 other local body shops quoted me and the price did not change from the original agreed upon price. The job was done fast and hassle free, really dont waste your time testing out other shops these guys have earned a customer for life about 2 years ago they also installed premium leather seats in my vehicle that still look great to this day they have held up to extreme conditions weekend mudding trips as well as withstanding harsh metals (tungsten carbide powders) from my place of work. if you're looking for a one stop shop with quality work look no further these guys know how to treat a customer to everyone in the back that worked on my vehicle THANK YOU ! I really appreciate all of your hard work

My 2006 Cayman now looks new! The tan coating over interior trim had chipped showing the black plastic underneath. (Why Porsche designers didn't just leave the trim black is unanswered question.) Xtreme gave a reasonable estimate, but when they got into the job they found they had to strip all the tan, and complete repaint it--removing some pieces to keep the leather untouched. That was a lot more work and time than estimated, but the shop held the price, and did a beautiful job matching the natural leather color--with a completely smooth finish. Then they did a full detailing, and the car looks fantastic. No wonder Porsche and BMW dealers bring cars to Xtreme for prepping. Would recommend them for anyone needing a really great restoration. (Or planning to sell a car.) Thank you, Craig, and the whole team!

Received a quote and scheduled service to have a repair done. After dropping off car on the day of scheduled repair, I was called and told to come pick up the car they can not do the repair. WTH?! I wasted my morning, time and money Ubering back and forth. They should not be so careless giving quotes. People adjust their lives to have services performed on weekdays.

Wonderful!!! Xtreme cleaned up my very beat up car and fixed the bumper someone smashed. It had scratches all over it, and when they painted it they cleaned up much, much more of the car than they had to. It looks great. Came in within the price estimate and very close on the timing. I will definitely go back the next time the car needs body work, and I would recommend them to friends. Thank you for the good work!

This team had the utmost dedication to the job in addition to fantastic and kind service, professionalism and care. I had a difficult job at repairing my carbon fiber hood on my Range Rover that was turned down by 4 other auto body shops as an impossible task. I was going to be forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a new hood with an 18 month timeline by the local Range Rover for a defect that was a known problem from production and, of course, not covered by my warranty. Luckily I found this team who took on the task. After several failed attempts they remained resilient and found a solution to the issue, without charging me additional time and materials for their troubles and remained faithful to their original quote. The work was impeccable and my SUV is in better shape than when I first got it at small fraction of the cost I was facing, and in a weeks time. Will be pointing everyone this way for body work from this point forward.

I took my GMC truck in to have a replacement headliner installed. After 3 weeks the headliner started to come down. I had noticed in the front they did nothing to secure it to the roof. I went i and talked to Craig. He was very rude and condescending. He stated that since I had brought in the part, I had no warranty. I said that he never told me that, he said it was implied. The part was new from a reputable restoration company. After practically begging him, he said he would repair it for and additional $100.00. I had already paid $175.00 for the install I decided not to go back, it's not worth it to have someone talk to you that way. I honestly feel they are more interested with the mass quantities of work they get from dealerships that they aren't interested in taking care of the small jobs especially after they get your money.
