I went to get a replacement clutch assembly installed for my camaro here and I must say that they did a great job. As soon as the parts came in my car was in the garage and done fast. Not only that but I got quotes from 3 different shops and there price was better than all of them. Quality work Decent prices. Can't ask for more when looking to get your car repaired. The guys at St.Pete Towing and Auto Repair blessed me. My motor took a crap on me on the highway so I just called for a tow. My driver showed up in adequate time. While loading my vehicle he informed me they could do the repairs as well so I had towed to there shop. The price they gave me was more than fair compared to other shops in my area. They gave me 3 week return time and I had my truck back in 2 they also picked me up because I couldn't find a ride. Highly recommended. All those guys amazing will be doing all my work from now on

I went to get my car towed by this company, they told me it would be 30 minutes wait. I ended up waiting for 40, when the person went to turn my car on, my car turned on (when it didn’t before). So I told them I didn’t need their services. Mind you, they had none of my payment information and I called them back to maybe pay any fee for having them come out. When I said I’d like to pay on the phone, he said “I hope so”. Pick up was 10 minutes from their location and they charged me $100… to not get a tow… little pricey labor if you ask me..

Amazing auto shop and customer service. They were able to get my vehicle in and out same day. No trying to up charge or sale. Just diagnostics and a new radiator fan. Best price/ quote by a ton. In this economy, it's so nice to see some places are still giving fair pricing and quality work. Highly recommend and they are the only mechanics my family will be using from now on. Shady and rude. I called before they came out to discuss the price. I confirmed that there would be no addition fee to use my credit card versus cash or debit. They came out loaded my car up and told me to call to make payment. I gave my card number and asked for confirmation of a breakdown to confirm there was no addition fee for the using my card as he stated there would not be. He said he could provide that to me and I would receive a text with the receipt. I asked for the total amount being charged and was told he couldn’t provide and hung up. Text receipt came in and there a a 3.5% credit card fee on the receipt that was charged and overall the bill came in $30 more than what was quoted even though they looked up the exact mileage on my initial call. Fast forward I received a call from my dealership saying the car was dropped off however in the multiple years of being a service rep she had never dealt with some as rude and unprofessional as the driver. He tossed the keys at he, refused to help provide basic information to her and shattered her off when she told him that his behavior was unprofessional. Find another tow company to use!!!
