The google description of them says they are open today. I am on the road and have a flat tire, so I called them to see if I could stop by. I asked if they were open and and he said, "who open on Sundays?" Rather unfriendly. They need to work on their phone skills and fix the online posted hours.

Very rude. Called to try and set up truck to get worked on answered phone rudely, we had words, then he proceeded to call me back eleven times in a row and cuss me out. Do not bother with this guy, what a joke.

Extortion practices, cussed at my workers who were just trying to get clarification on the tire size. Used multiple numbers to contact us then got upset that we didn’t know who was calling us. Told us that it was 170 for the tire 150 for the service 120 for the fact it was on the side of the highway. We get it off the side of the highway and he still charged us and actually added money on top of that or else he was going to take the tire and leave. Used the position we were in to get more money out of us. Never use this service.

I wanna give negative star bcuz guy over phone is very rude he can't listen what customer trying to say and when I am try he said my worker take out your part and now what you want to do he's don't understand how to treat customer and he worker go to get part takes 3.5 hr totally nonsense never wanna come here

Very rude on the phone. !!!!!!!!!! They clearly lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. Sadly, it felt like I was speaking to someone with no training or understanding of how to treat customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called this tire shop hoping for some basic information, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The person who answered gave me the nastiest attitude. When I asked if they had what I needed, his response was, “Come in if you want help, if not, better for me.” He then hung up on me. Normally, when I call tire shops, they’re knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to check stock or at least provide some level of customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. It’s sad to see such poor treatment of potential customers. I understand people may have bad days, but professionalism should never be optional. Because of this interaction, my company has decided to place this business on our “do not contact” vendor list, and we will not be reaching out again when working in this area.

First, We needed 3 tires looked at for repair. They told us where to park and drop the trailer. We got 1 truck drive tire repaired. Then they demanded payment before they would look at the other tires. I really don't think they understood English. Because we didn't get the other tires looked at. I hope these adult men would learn English, because they would make more money. Second, while the truck was being repaired, I caught some other non-English speaking man spraying paint on our dropped trailer. When I asked what are you doing, he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and walked over to his truck. Later when we hooked back up to our trailer, I told my husband about catching the guy spray painting our trailer, he asked the guy detailing a car next to us and he said " maybe it was my brother". Ah Ha! They do speak some English. What a couple of disrespectful jerks! We do not recommend this repair shop or 7/11. The photos are of the two guys that tagged our trailer. So be aware of them. They guy standing in the door of the truck, is the guy I saw painting our company trailer.
