I contacted 831 Auto Glass in the morning to replace a cracked front windshield. I spoke with Ryan after contacting 2 other auto glass companies. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and timely installation. Ryan had the most competitive bid for the front windshield replacement on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. He was able to obtain from the windshield supplier, and install the windshield the next day at my residence. He is a small business owner, which I prefer over big companies. You actually talk with the person who is going to do the job. Ryan use to work for one of those companies, Safelite. He has experience, takes his time, and takes pride in his work. Throughout the entire process, Ryan was very professional. Ryan has an amazing work ethic, he even offered to repair my car windshield on a Sunday which is his days off. You have to respect that level of customer care and satisfaction.
