Terrible car wash service. Workers don’t know how to properly wash cars and clean the interior. Over priced for lousy service. If you value your cars paint, then you would take your car to a professional to clean. Otherwise if you dont care about your car and just want a half a** wash then go at it.

They do an amazing Job! This is my first time here and I am impressed at the amount of time they take on the inside. I work near a car wash in Monterey, and this is by far much better for about the same price.

I come to the Acme Car Wash in Salinas because they are all polite and professional. My truck gets very dirty and the crew there makes sure that it gets a very good wash and wax inside and out. I couldn't be happier with the service there.

Good and fast car wash, but the last 3 times I've gone I swear the same dang employee comes out and starts talking to the car in front of me for over 15 min... you can tell he's obviously "hooking them up"... it's annoying because my company takes their vans there and they always take so long it makes me late.

I've taken my cars here for a while now since another carwash joint has closed up. Overall, I'm happy with the service and the pricing seems to be pretty fair. Good labor ain't cheap and cheap labor ain't good!

I’ve been washing my trucks there for over 15 years.today I went back while I was in the car wash one of the employees started hitting my truck because I didn’t see him telling me to move forward when it could of taken him a second to knock on my window .when I told the manager he said he’s employee was frustrated because I didn’t see him telling me.😰after that when my truck was ready I had to vacuum it my self .i asked one of the employees to put armor all on the tires he said he had done it already .🧐clearly there was no armor all on The tires .so he keeps complaining that he had already done it so I ask him to call the manager .and he tells me to call him my self .NASTY RUDE AWFUL SERVICE ..AND YES I PAID FOR ARMOR ALL INSIDE VACUUMING AND TRUCK WASH ..INSTEAD OF MAKING SOOOO MANY EXCUSES FOR BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY SHOULD JUST DO THEIR JOB.

Only place in town I could get my Ford transit van washed. THANKS GUYS!!! It’s so nice the place is spacious, has waiting areas, with restrooms and vending machines. If your a parent or anyone really you understand haha. Makes a difference! Love this place! Love the people here! They are so sweet!! And so helpful, I come with my son and he’s in a wheelchair, and the guys are so helpful and so kind - WOW!!! Seeing the guys makes my day sweeter every time.

They have always done a good job, but they missed some seriously dirty spots the last time I had a wash and vacuum. Prices aren't bad but hard to justify when the cleaning isn't always up to expectations. Overall good service and will come again hoping for a more thorough vacuum.

$39.99 is what a full service car wash cost here. I don’t know if that’s market price. Mr. Happy at the front when you first get here could be a bit more customer experience oriented since. The facility is nice and clean.

This place is the worst, Manager on duty this Sunday, December 12 is terrible, threatening customers Acting aggressively Telling me, I better sit down !! when you show them the car is not clean manger started arguing. I had to get inside my car and show him the filthiness Of the vehicle. The manager was aggressive defensive made him show you all the dirt before they would send it back and cleaned it with an argument I would highly suggest you not to bring your vehicle to acme car wash ,especially with family with a disgruntled employee. I encouraged the owner to talk to this employee arguing with several customers in front of other customers, including Myself!

I have been coming here for close to 30 years and today the person that took my payment first over charged me and when I brought it to his attention politely he got nasty and basically scolded me for not catching it first. Anger issues

From the moment I pulled up, the team was super welcoming and professional. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and they didn't disappoint. My car looks absolutely stunning now-like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I've been to a few places before, but none have come close to the level of care and attention to detail I experienced here. The interior is spotless, the exterior shines like new, and they even noticed small things I hadn't pointed out. Thank you so much, Acme car wash on 537 abott st! Exterior service car wash great price, the experience shows in the crew of men from the start to the end of the vehicle being cleaned. superb service provided here at Acme Car Wash off of Abbott St. I salute to you GG, those that take honor in their work skills, it shows thank you Sir. GG, my son even thank me for having his vehicle washed that day, was priceless! A Son to a Dad appreciation. The car came out very clean, oh by the way the vacuums were excellent. It didn’t take much time or effort to vacuum out the vehicle. I will be back definitely sooner than later. Thanks guys.

If this is your first time here it can be a little confusing. They don't have clear procedures therefore you rely on the workers to guide you around the lot based on the ticket they place on your windshield. They need to do a better job with their attention to customers, I sat in my car in one lane, while 4 cars passed through. I asked "am I in the right lane" and he responded "yeah, I'll get you right now bro" while he let those 4 cars through that arrived before me. Don't get wrong, it's a good deal but they definitely need to organize themselves.

This place used to do an amazing job many years ago. Came back after several years and was beyond disappointed. I’ve had middle/high schoolers do a better job at washing my vehicle. I paid for their full service $54 hand wash exterior/interior. The exterior has dirty water spots. The interior is even worse they didn’t even put any effort. They even put any fragrance at all. I have rubber floor mats and they didn’t even bother to hose it down with water. My interior looks basically the same before/after. Wouldn’t go back here complete waste of time and money.

Paid $70+ for full service. I was very disappointed in the interior. Very half-hearted. Not sure why they ask for a preference in car freshener when they also didn’t get that right 🙃 Update- my husband took my SUV again thinking maybe it was just because I took it in. Idk. They “forgot” one of the mats. He was home when he noticed and called. They at first seemed to not know why it was missing but found it 🙄 Again- they did a terrible job on the interior. Only go for exterior washed.
