Professional organization that communicated well. The work was as promised. However, I left my car with a half tank of fuel, when I picked it up, there was less than 3 miles before I ran out of gas. Clearly someone took my luxury car out for a spin, likely more than once.

Worst bodyshop ever. Took my truck to get repaired after an accident and they did a horrible job fixing it. None of the fenders and doors aligned right. Doors didn't close right. Bumper was way off. They probably used a off brand paint because paint didn't match original.The guy there which is the owner sides with the insurance. He won't help you at all.They also returned me my truck with a dead battery. Save yourself the headache this shop has given me and just go somewhere else.

Can't comment on the work done by the body shop, but Breanna (spelling?) at the front desk was extremely professional and went out of her way to assist me. My insurance failed to send an agent out for a scheduled quote and Breanna took it upon herself to contact my insurance to get everything resolved. Many other shops would have shrugged it off and left me dealing with insurance directly.

David was FANTASTIC! Easy peasy... Geico referred me over and everything went smoothly. They had it overnight and was ready the very next day. This is definitely my new "go-to" shop! I had no problems whatsoever. I had to reschedule 3x within two days because I just couldn't get there due to other appointments overlapping. Spectrum auto was so easy to work with, they took care of everything with my insurance and they truly took the stress out of what seemed like a stressful process! The management and everyone there is so friendly and I'm so glad I found their shop. What else can I say... these guys are as good as their website and YouTube videos say they are! Took my daughters vehicle in to be repaired after an accident and not only did it come back like new but the service was top notch. *They were very friendly. *They communicated with my insurance without a hitch. *We needed a vehicle replacement- they supplied us with a rental free of charge. *Answered all our questions. *Vehicle looked like new. In my opinion, probably the best auto body, collision shop in town. You won't be disappointed.

Over all been a bad experience. Had to return car on 3 different occasions after my mom’s car was “ready” for pick up. The quality assurance is non existent, I deal with a new rep each time and they all assure it’ll get fixed the right way and it never does. To top it off they are on the insurances side, they do not have your back.

Spectrum Auto Collision took what could have been a stressful situation and made it very pleasant instead. Bryanna is a joy to interact with - so professional and personable. Juan and Elias did a great job explaining the process and keeping me updated on the progress. Elias dealt with my insurance company for me, which meant I could go about my day without being on the phone with an adjuster. This is the second time that I have used the repair shop. Both times the car came back clean, and repaired, paint matched well and has not faded to a different color. I am impressed with the service, and the rental car arrangements. The rental company picked me up at the shop, and I just dropped off the rental at the shop after the car was repaired. I had a small door ding the first time I repaired the car. They fixed it along with the left quarter panel that someone had hit in a parking lot. He fixed the ding for free, which I thought was above and beyond. The second accident was to the front end of the car, and all the sensors needed to be realigned. Once I got the car back, I had to reset the user end of things like windshield wipers and lights, but everything worked well. The cruise control was working correctly after the repair. Cruise control did not work when the car was crunched as the sensor had been pushed out of alignment. The office is easy to communicate with by phone or text. They let me know where they were in the process of repairing the car and how long it would take. The insurance worked with the office seamlessly. The driveway is a bit tricky to go out of, other than that Spectrum is a great place to take your car. I will use them again.
