I took our Chevy Malibu in for a 100k mile check-up. The car was definitely running a little rough, but after visiting these guys the car is purring perfectly. From oil change, transmission, to breaks and fuel injection, our car is now in fine shape. Very important to get basic maintenance done regularly on your car, just not always easy to pay those garage bills at the end of day. These guys are fair priced, professional, and overall great guys. Will be making this garage my go-to place for car issues.

I wish I could assign zero stars to this establishment. Regrettably, I found myself ensnared in what can only be described as a deceptive and unscrupulous operation—a far cry from a legitimate mechanic and body shop. The lack of professionalism and egregious estimate discrepancies left me deeply dissatisfied. Upon entering the premises, I waited in the front lobby for an excruciating 30 minutes without any staff acknowledging my presence. I had the disconcerting experience of meeting the owner, who appeared visibly uncomfortable, raising concerns about their conduct. It felt as if I were interrupting something unusual in his office. To make matters worse, my bill included an inexplicable charge for a fuel injection service, despite clear evidence that this shop lacked the equipment necessary to perform such a task. This left me with a sinking feeling that this establishment is engaging in deceptive practices. Furthermore, I discovered that multiple businesses operate under the same roof, with the body team in the back asserting, "They have their own pricing and rates for their customers." This lack of transparency only added to my dismay. For a simple oil change, fuel injection service, and spark plug replacement on my Ford Explorer, I was charged an exorbitant sum of over $1500. The most frustrating part was my attempt to contact the owner the following week to address my concerns. On two separate visits and multiple phone calls, I was told he was unavailable during office hours. This evasive behavior is deeply troubling and further emphasizes their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. In light of my experience, I implore you to steer clear of this establishment. Save your hard-earned money, your valuable time, and yourself from the disappointment that this chop shop scam delivers. Your trust and finances deserve better treatment elsewhere.
