I highly recommend Salinas Honda and especially the Service Department. I have my Honda Ridgeline serviced here and every-time I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff is always professional, courteous and eager to help. I typically get helped by Edward, who is one of the best if not best service advisors I've had at any dealership. The staff here explain their recommendations and time frames for service up front. Again, I highly recommend Salinas Honda and their service department.

I have had some good experiences at Salinas Honda. I like how easy it is to get my car in and how easy it is to communicate with them. Service repairs can be a little pricey but they also go out of their way to give you the most for your buck. What I will say is I wish the service advisors would take a little more time in explaining in detail the repairs that are needed and how or why it happened and how to prevent certain repairs in the future. That would be really helpful for people like me who don’t have much knowledge about cars. Other than that they are awesome! Thank you Salinas Honda.

I have been coming to the Salinas Honda Service Dept. for over 15 years. My mechanic, Edward, is always honest and straightforward. I've never felt that he's tried to overcharge me or push anything on me that I didn't need. Don't believe the review that he doesn't know what he's doing. He knows cars like no other mechanic I have ever dealt with. I'm driving my second Honda and I've never had any issues with work done at this location or the service. Top Notch in my opinion, the best of the best.

I get excellent service BUT now they are charging 3% total bill if you pay with a credit card. I have been with this Honda since 2006 and this is the first time they have started doing this. The easiest way for people to pay especially when have your car serviced. I could see doing it for parts department but for when you’re paying a lot to have your car serviced and then they’re going to add 3% of your total, just for using a credit card. Not cool

The staff here are great! Chuck, the guy who helped me out the time I walked in gave an excellent customer service. I liked that they messaged you an update on your car of what’s they’re working on while you’re waiting for them to get done. They also sent me a video of what was wrong with my car and asked me first if I wanted additional services done to fix them.

I had an amazing experience with Edward at Salinas Honda. He truly went above and beyond for me. Another mechanic shop had misdiagnosed my car and replaced my spark plugs even though that wasn’t the issue. When I brought my car to Edward, he immediately took the situation seriously and had the technicians do a full inspection. They discovered that the real problem was my fuel injectors — and Edward went the extra mile to check my warranty. Thanks to him, the repair was completely covered, and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. He also had them look into my electronic parking brake issue, and they found a paperclip lodged inside the mechanism. They fixed it and only charged me for the inspection. My car was ready the very next day, and the entire experience was smooth, honest, and stress‑free. Edward’s professionalism, communication, and genuine care for his customers really stood out. I’m grateful for his help and highly recommend him and the team at Salinas Honda.
