We took our car to Crystal Clear after a minor accident. They performed an excellent job and completed the repairs a day ahead of schedule. The car returned to us in pristine condition, both inside and out, as if it had just rolled off the lot. They even fixed some minor scratches and dings that the car already had without us even asking them. I highly recommend Crystal Clear Collision.

We are happy we selected Crystal Clear Collision. They were one out of two companies we found that were BMW certified. Flipie was cordial, informative & reassuring that every detail about the damage on our car would get addressed. Chris from the beginning of our arrival picking up our car, was very attentive, answered all our questions as we all walked around the car to inspect the awesome work. The car was back to its brand new self. Flipie also answered some of our questions before we left as well, emphasizing that if something didn't look right with the paint over time, to just let them know and bring it back. Thanks guys.

They are the best! I got side swiped and wanted a body shop that was Lexus certified, so I shopped around. I met with Christopher, the owner, for an assessment and he provided me with a written estimate within an hour or two, which included replacing the passenger door. The insurance adjuster worked with the body shop, I didn’t need to get involved. The manager called Enterprise rental car for me so they came and picked me up at the body shop to get the rental car, so easy. I got my car back, as promised, in two weeks and it looks brand new, perfect! The paint matches perfectly, the body lines match up and it’s immaculate. Brought my car back today because since I picked up the car I notice the tire that was affected by the impact keeps losing air. Christopher had the mechanics remove the tire and determined there was a big nail in the tire, repaired it and refused to accept payment!! Made a lifetime customer in me!! All I can say is, no need to shop around, if you need auto body work, this is the place to go! Honest, professional, and superior workmanship.

The right front bumper of my Lexus IS350 was damaged & Crystal Clear Collision repaired it to the perfect condition it was before the accident. When I had came to the shop initially, they had walked me through the process with insurance & got me an Uber back to my house. I'm extremely happy & satisfied w/ the end result. I was referred to this shop by multiple friends who worked with me in the automotive repair industry back in the day. They did not disappoint. I thought my car was going to be a total loss but these guys made it look better than ever. Chris and Flip communicated with me efficiently, honestly and professionally throughout the repair. And I was stunned at how quickly they were able to get the car repaired once the adjuster was finally sent out by my insurance. There are a lot of body shops around here but if you’re unsure of which one to trust with your car, these are your guys.

I brought my car to Crystal Clear Collision to correct the horrible job the previous shop did. Mercedes uses them for auto repairs so I trusted the work to be done correctly. They are certified in luxury cars, and it clearly shows. They did such an amazing job! My car looks brand new. Everything was seamless; they adjusted parts beneath bumper as well, from the accident, to correct fitment issues all around, that the previous shop did not do. No car sensor errors, the paint job amazing!! The drive even felt smoother. They dealt with insurance, I dropped my car off and had it back in less than a week, no hassle. Flip and the team are very professional, kind, quick, and efficient. They even washed and cleaned interior and exterior, something they didn’t have to do, which shows the quality and care they put in. I couldn’t be happier, and I wouldn’t recommend any other place!
